Schönes Wellnesshotel direkt am See und der Loipe
Pros:

Direkte Lage an der Langlaufloipe; schöner Wellnessbereich

Cons:

Service beim Abendessen: Der Kellner wollte eine Flasche Wein, bei der beim Öffnen der Korken zerbröselt war und viel Kork in die Flasche gekommen war, nicht umtauschen. Erst nachdem wir darauf bestanden haben, wurde die Flasche notgedrungen umgetauscht.

Es war oke aber preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht gut überein!
Pros:

Der Spa Bereich hat mir sehr gut gefallen leider zu kurz wenn men nur eine Nacht gebucht hat , Zimmer war oke Panorama Aussicht über die Bergen und ein bisschen über den See ( leider eine Baustelle hinter bei)
Direkt am See

Cons:

Wenig Aufklärung beim Ankunft, Personal nicht so freundlich und 2x Ortstaxe verrechnet einmal über auch Booking.com und es Personal von der Rezeption hat es mir gestern nochmals verrechnet.

Ich käme wieder !
Pros:

- Die Allgemeine Freundlichkeit vom Personal
- Der Wellness-Bereich
- Man war schnell von A nach B
- Die Erlebniskarte

Cons:

- In unserem Zimmre hatten wir kein W-lan Empfang. (Diese Meldung war schon am ersten Tag)
- Zu bestimmten Zeiten, Kinder mit lauten Stimmen und Unzufriedenheiten.

Enttäuscht, hat nicht unseren Erwartungen für ein 4-Sterne Haus und dem Preis entsprochen.
Pros:

Lage am See mit netter Seebar. Personal an der Rezeption freundlich.

Cons:

Spabereich neu und modern, jedoch für die Größe des Hotels eher klein. Service im Spabereich nicht sichtbar.
Hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Buffet wurde kaum nachgefüllt, alles auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Passt nicht zum Preis und der Sternebewertung.
