Cooperative staff with wonderful location

Wir sind mit einem etwas traurigen Gefühl am Ende unserer Reise wieder nach Hause gefahren

Die Lage und die Nähe zum See sind einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns von der Umgebung ja sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass wir von vornherein nicht gastfreundlich behandelt wurden, insbesondere von der Empfangsdame, die zur unserer Ankunftszeit gerade dort tätig war. Schon am Telefon war man nicht begeistert über unseren kurzfristigen Besuch. Auch die Piercing und das äußere auftreten finden wir für ein Hotel in dieser Lage mit solchen Preisen nicht angemessen. Wir hätten uns etwas anderes gewünscht und einfach mehr Freundlichkeit, so wie wir es von Österreich auch kennen. Sowas ist uns noch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück wurden wir auch nicht sehr freundlich behandelt. Wir wollten einfach einen schönen Tisch haben und wurden dann mehr oder weniger weg gescheucht, weil die anderen Tische schon reserviert waren. Das ist an sich auch nicht das Problem gewesen aber die Art und Weise, wie man uns damit begegnet war, fanden wir sehr schade und wir waren etwas entsetzt . Der einzige, der uns in diesem Hotel sehr gastfreundlich und warmherzig empfangen hat, war der Geschäftsführer selbst. Er hat uns zu später Stunde noch die Türen geöffnet, damit wir aus der Küche etwas zu essen bekommen. Wir sind sehr spät angereist und wollten gern noch etwas essen. Das hat viel wieder gut gemacht und wir möchten uns noch einmal herzlich dafür bedanken. Der Abfluss in unserem Zimmer war verstopft in der Dusche.

Absolut schöne Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Teilweise unfreundliches Personal, Dusche teilweise Disfunktional (laut Ansage des Inhabers: “Tagesformabhängig”), Zugang zu den Liegen absolut unkontrolliert sodass auch nicht Hotel Gäste de facto hin können. Während des Aufenthaltes keine Möglichkeit die Liegen zu benutzen. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Pros:

Location, lovely traditional family values. Breakfast,afternoon snacks

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been nice but weather was exceptionally hot, TV could do with an update. Fridge and drinks making facilities would also be welcome.

After have visit 45 countries and alor of hotels in the world I am so glad I now visit achensee and pertisau again

Realy high level vut with feeling

Personal so nice everyone I meet

Hotel situated vlose to achen see at 950 m

All meal was very good

If you want one week relax and most beutiful place go pertisau and hotel post am see!!!
