Un hotel central como y con buen servicio
Pros:

El servicio amable, el televisor de pantalla plana de buen tamaño, el aseo del lugar, las instalaciones en general del hotel, el desayuno la opción de adquirir bebidas en la recepción.

Cons:

Tamaño de la habitación, ruidos de la calle por la ubicación del hotel algo de presencia de zancudos en mi primera noche algo de intermitencia en la señal de la televisión.

Camas muy comodas y casa muy bonita, el personal es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar

Descanso y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Decoración, habitaciones y baños amplios, agua caliente, el desayuno, los empleados súper amables, Camila la recepcionista es excepcional.

Cons:

No tiene parqueadero pero cerca hay varios, Algunas plantas artificiales pero no es importante, el hotel es excelente

A nice place to stay if you find yourself in Pitalito.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy and the room was pristine!

Cons:

We booked the nicest room in the hotel and while it did have the king size bed and large room, overall I'm not sure it reflected double the cost of an equivalent room with double/twin beds. (That said, it did have a spa tub that we did not take advantage of and other rooms likely would not have had that, so YMMV.) It's right on the square, so noise is a bit of a problem, especially earlier in the day when the alarm from the bank below continues to go off.

Cons:

The photos look very promising- the reality is different- the room we were given was super small and run down. We booked for one night. 1.They charge extra 5% when you want to pay with credit card-+ other fees and taxes on top. 2. The place is as loud as hell. You can hear every word from neighboring rooms. 3. It is the first time I rate a hotel badly but I cannot recommend it at all.

Pros:

My third stay here. This is the place to stay in Pitalito. Hands down. Great room, great staff, super safe, and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

That I had to leave ;-) everything was perfect.
