Lo mejor el desayuno, el precio frente a los demas esta alto, las habitaciones y las camas son pequeñas comparadas con otros hoteles de la zona

皮塔利托超级小，感觉像县城。酒店外表看起来小，进了大厅发现特别大，房间也很宽敞整洁。因为是小县城，所以没有uber,没有外卖，房间里的抽屉里有外卖册子可以用whatsapp点餐，前台非常热心帮我联系了送餐，房间里还有冰箱！晚上出门感觉有点危险，建议大家点外卖。早餐也很好吃！我觉得这是皮塔利托最好的酒店！

Clean, modern, comfortable.

It was like my Home away from Home. I was treated like family, not only tending to my every need, helping me with my luggage, directions for restaurants (even personally escorting me to a restaurant that was a few blocks away!). Also, I sent some socks to be washed and dried, and when they weren't finished by the next morning, I went to breakfast barefoot while I waited. It was no problem, then suddenly one of the gals from the kitchen came with a folded towel for my feet, to keep my feet warm while I waited! Such a sweet gesture, although I was fine waiting without the towel!

The Hotel is exquisite with beautiful, elegant designs and decorations, and appropriate "Megalith statues" throughout that fit this gateway to San Agustin region! The breakfasts were awesome, variety, always homemade with lots of fresh, delicious fruits. And they homemade me delicious tea each morning, complete with fruit decorations - tas and enticing!

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed! And the entire Hotel is immaculately clean! Between the warmth of decor and ambiance, topped with the warmth of the service, my stay here was nothing but comfort!!. .... Oops, almost forgot that I was a bit bitchy when I first arrived because my knee was hurting from hiking, so I wasn't my most receptive, yet they completely handled my needs and made me very comfortable, not at all taking attitude because I was off. I was able to calm down immediately. ✨👍 ... On my last day there, they all joined in for a photo with me -- One big happy family!

This is the nicest hotel i have stayed in my 5 weeks in Colombia. The room was clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The shower was hot and the sink also has ot water. The staff were always nice and happy to help. They offer secure parking very close to the hotel. The fresh made breakfast is amazing and makes this an even better value. The city is surrounded by mountains and has a great vibe with endless food options. Love this hotel and the city so be sure to stay a few days!
