It just felt like paradise... big rooms, quite, lots of activities across all day and endless food and drinks.
The height limitation in the water slides. It wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked the vacation. Apparently there is a 1.20m height limitation (on the shoulders) which prevented my 6 years old boy to use the slides.
Organized, clean, the sea side is beautiful, the activities very well organized and the food excellent.

Pulizia e eleganza, tutto era tenuto benissimo e perfettamente in ordine. Ottimo anche il cibo al ristorante. Attrezzature sportive in perfette condizioni e piscine pulitissime. Acquapark perfetto x tutta la famiglia . Presente anche lo staff Bravo con animatori italiani simpaticissimi e molto coinvolgenti
Non è un gran difetto, solo è in una zona molto tranquilla lontana dalle cittadine

Room Conditions:
Every day we found insects in the room, including dung beetles and spiders.
Dining Area:
Cats roamed freely around the dining area, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to eat.
Bees Throughout the Property:
There were bees everywhere in the hotel – in the dining area outside (where we were forced to sit due to lack of space inside) and at the pool. This created a constant health risk, especially since one of our children is allergic to bee stings.
Health Issues:
On the fourth day, my husband suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel.
General Experience:
The hotel is extremely spread out with long distances between the rooms, dining area, and pool. We were traveling with strollers and small children, and this made our stay exhausting and unsuitable for families.
We expected a 5-star all-inclusive holiday as advertised on Booking.com, but what we received was a stressful and unacceptable experience.
