Room Conditions:
Every day we found insects in the room, including dung beetles and spiders.
Dining Area:
Cats roamed freely around the dining area, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to eat.
Bees Throughout the Property:
There were bees everywhere in the hotel – in the dining area outside (where we were forced to sit due to lack of space inside) and at the pool. This created a constant health risk, especially since one of our children is allergic to bee stings.
Health Issues:
On the fourth day, my husband suffered from food poisoning after eating at the hotel.
General Experience:
The hotel is extremely spread out with long distances between the rooms, dining area, and pool. We were traveling with strollers and small children, and this made our stay exhausting and unsuitable for families.
We expected a 5-star all-inclusive holiday as advertised on Booking.com, but what we received was a stressful and unacceptable experience.

We liked the pool, the snack bar, friendly staff, great rooms, and beautiful hotel.
There wasn't a great varaity of food during our stay. Also it was very loud at evening, and we couldn't find a quite place, beacuse of the shoes outside.

החדרים עצמם ברמה של אירוח קיבוצי, ולא מלון אקסלובי של 5 כוכבים כפי שמדורג ומופיע באתר . מצאנו שלל חיות בחדרים- עכבישים, יתושים, חיפושיות זבל, במקלחת יש חלודה.
מבחינת היצע לילדים קטנים מתחת לגיל 12, לא היו בכלל פעילויות יחד עם ההורים, יש מועדון ילדים ללא הורים בלבד שנדרש להירשם אליו מראש.
הילדים סה״כ נהנו, אנחנו המבוגרים פחות…לא אשוב למלון הזה וגם לצערי לא ממליצה עליו כלל!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a big variety of food, so everyone could find something they liked. The territory was clean and spacious, and the beach was also good and very tidy.
There were many different activities during the day, and the evening programs were great for both kids and adults. Overall, it’s a nice place for a comfortable family vacation.
