For our short stay. OK. The town is not exactly in tourist mode.
Pros:

No breakfast. Some nice restaursnts ckise by. We walked to the beach and down along the front to a wonderful restaurant which had great cold smoothies.Then saw statue of Ho Chi Min and his father. Night markets nearby, too far to walk back at night especially in the rain. Security guard very helpful.

Cons:

Cleaning in corners and under chairs. Also mold in ensuite.

Room is smaller than what we see in advertisement. The way hotel's staff checking guess ID not gentle and make noise. Asking paying room fee at checkin time also not nice
