Absolut traumhaft und erholsam.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer und das absolut exzellente Essen.
Man merkt die Liebe zum Detail. Spiegelt sich im gesamten Haus wieder. Sehr nettes, freundliches Personal.

מלון בוטיק, קטן ויפה, חדרים ממש יפים! נוף מושלם!
מסעדת שף נדירה תשדרגו לחצי פנסיון חובה!!!

Cons:

ביקשנו לבצע צ'ק אאוט יום לפני הטיסה כיוון שהייתה לנו טיסה מוקדמת ונדרשנו לצאת ב-5:00 בבוקר בהתחלה הם סירבו בטענה שאפשר רק משעה 6:00 רק לאחר שיחה ארוכה אם השתכנעו זה היה קצת לא נעים וקיבלתי פרצופים לא נעימים מאחת מהנציגות.
הבריכה קטנה מעט.

הגענו 2 משפחות לא היה מי שיעזור לנו עם המזוודות. היינו צריכים לקחת עגלה ולהסתדר לבד. אין מזגן בחדרים. בערב פתחנו חלון והיה בסדר. במשך היום היה חם בחדרים ואין מזגן. מלון בוטיק נחמד. בטח לא 5 כוכבים אולי 3 כוכבים
יש ספא קטן ובריכה נחמדה. אין חדר כושר

A good boutique hotel and restaurant, impractical rooms
Pros:

Great design boutique hotel, very good dinner restaurant (great staff, atmosphere and food), great infinity pool (shadowed in the afternoon, if this is what you look for), the area is great for summer as you are located right at the foot of Flying Mozart gondola.

Cons:

The room was on the small side. Even if we booked a family room, the way the rooms are organised makes staying there a true space issue. You have no space for trollers, you have no closets for the clothes and the open bathroom makes a simple thing like changing your clothes or showering a real problem if you are staying with kids or other friends/family members. We were there in summer and I don’t want to imagine how is winter, when clothes and luggage look totally different. We asked for a larger room at the moment we saw it, there was none available. Parking is located some a bit far away and if it rains, you will be more than wet when you reach the hotel. In the minibar we found some spaghetti leftovers, probably from the ones before us. As we didn’t have AC and there were some hot summer days even for the Alps, we had to leave the balcony doors open. This came with some noise from the restaurant below during evenings and mornings.

Beautiful boutique hotel and staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location right next to lift up mountain.
