Good value rooms. Good staff
The bathroom could have been better. The maintanence and cleanliness of the bathroom.
Room was very spacious, that was my favourite part of the stay. While leaving I had booked a cab, that time one man came running with the charger I left in my hotel room. So i appreciate that they checked the room immediately and ran down to give it to me before I had left. They also provide bamboo toothbrush instead of plastic which was very thoughtful of them and even the water in the room is served in glass instead of plastic bottles. I really appreciate such places that go a little out of the way to do their bit.
Location wasn't the best but that's okay, wasn't bad either.

Approach road to the property, lots of road construction activity going on near the property.

Non functional TV, defective cistern. The TV wasn't recharged even after request.
Had stayed here two years ago. Have noticed a substantial fall in quality and maintenance.

Safe, clean and good value for money. The staff were polite and helpful. It is a quiet hotel, centrally located.

Convenient if one is passing through siliguri. A nice bookshop in the building adds value to the property.
