Absolutely wonderful hotel rooms were excellent staff amazing and food in restaurant absolutely fantastic would definitely recommend
Breakfast was good but the chef was alone and it felt like he had a lot to do (greeting guests, cooking, drinks/orders etc).
a minor issue was the condition of the pillows. they we flat and it made for a difficult sleep.
Lovely atmosphere.
All just right
They skimp on towels
The quality of the food in the evening was excellent. An interesting menu and well presented. The dining area was well appointed in an all glass semi circle.
Our room had excellent views over the hills.
Plenty of parking.
The Spa staff were lively, chatty and helpful.
The breakfast was over priced. A well cooked hot meal, ordered the night before, served to the table. Very poor choice ofotherwise...cereal, apple, banana, orange... Tea n coffee...Poorly laid out.
The hotel staff were varied in their customer service... 3 were borderline un welcoming.
The hotel comes alive about 5pm otherwise the bar/ lounge area is soulless and empty.
The food in the restaurant was excellent.
The staff were great and very friendly.
The spa was great, with good facilities.
The only downside was the fact you had to pay extra to use the pool this is the only hotel with a spa where the use of the pool was not included in the cost of the room.
A green light above the red was on all the time. NO means of switching it off Only 1 hand towel provided for 2 guests and the mirror light in the bathroom did not work and the toilet had a constant flow of water going into the bowel
It’s noisy from nearby dual carriageway of you open the windows
Nice to be able to eat well at the property
Wine list second rate. Not always a couple of armchairs in the rooms.
It was a peaceful place
The shower was superb
Beautiful room and comfortable but noisy due to being above the kitchen .
Also beautiful and clean bathroom and such a shame it has a rusted silver mirror on the wall .
Fantastic staff, delicious food and very modern and clean. 👌
Nice quiet area and design of the hotel
Couldn’t use the spa as it was full the reason why we went, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, spent more money on the bedroom furniture than the tv. Tv was not smart and the signal was awful so channels wouldn’t work, breakfast is far expensive for what you get. Also human hair on the toilet seat
They took all my stuff after cleaning my room. .the house keeping didn't know that i'm staying for two nights. .i was shocked when i came back all my things left are gone. .
