整體來說住的舒適，退房可繼續使用設施到18:00很適合直接待滿24hr。停車空間舒適。
Pros:

房間空間大，面朝龜山島大片風景，房間舒適度佳。
泳池區寬闊且肉眼乾淨，遊戲區種類也算多，帶小孩就沒特別風呂及健身房。

以台灣住宿體驗來說還是很頂尖的，但看齊國外飯店還有再進步的空間。

房間寬敞舒適，海景山景都沒得挑剔。躺在房間遠眺龜山島就非常舒服。

太偏親子飯店，對於服務成年人的設施稍嫌不足，例如飯店內沒有販賣酒水的地方或提供room service。
Coco餐廳櫃檯的服務態度可以再改善些。

活動不夠親子話，餐廳位子不夠多 安排了時段還是要排隊等候入場 兒童遊戲區竟然還有需要額外花錢投幣的電玩設施，3樓的泡湯覺得應改為親子湯泉給全年齡使用比較符合親子飯店兒的定位

餐廳不趕人 很親切尤其是對有小小孩的家長來說 真的很棒

Cons:

冷氣忽冷忽熱，在飯店用完餐後告知腸胃不適 竟沒有任何的後續幫忙

整體而言是乍看都沒大問題 但細看都沒有把細節做好
Pros:

房間很寬敞 但房間內地毯清潔需加強

Cons:

泳池維護有待加強
脫落的池壁塗層漆漂浮在孩童玩耍的池內
漂漂河的落葉量 像是沒有很積極維護水池乾淨
水床四周孩子們赤腳進出的範圍亦有生鏽未處理的角落
