Very clean, modern rooms; Decent Location.
Pros:

Decent location close to beach - not on the beach, but you can access another hotel’s beach chairs and pool
Rooms are clean and new
Small boutique with less than 20 rooms
Great breakfast
Friendly staff

Cons:

Water doesn’t really got hot - only warm
Construction next to building starts early and can be loud
Not really a good view from the room
Wifi is very slow but think this is an island-wide situation since I am using my phone data and that is very slow also (Don’t expect to stream anything while you are here -or upload anything).

Will definately stay again on return visits.
Pros:

All staff were friendly and helpful, liked access to beach loungers and pool next door, breakfast was awesome with variety and willingness to tweak selections with preferences, water outside the room was convenient, proximity to West Bay Beach was awesome with a better price / value than other beach hotels.

Cons:

Bed was ok but probably time for new mattresses.

Definitely worth staying here
Pros:

Room decor clean, bed comfortable. Kimberly at front desk very nice. They did give us a free shuttle to our next hotel wedding hotel. Loved the restaurants and shops on premises. Excellent food at great prices

Cons:

No elevator but only had to carry luggage up one and half set of stairs. When checking out a staff member did help us carry our luggage down
