Semana Santa genial en west bay Colonial
Pros:

Lo amplitud de las habitaciones y el balcón con vista al mar y lo cerca de la playa y centros comerciales. Tanto las personas que me atendieron en la recepción como el guardia de seguridad muy amables. Todo excelente. Ojalá gane el concurso para alejarme nuevamente con ellos

Cons:

No hubo agua un día de nuestro alojamiento, las toallas no las cambiaron todos los días, el desayuno deja mucho que desear y durante toda la estadía no hubo WIFI porque el aparato se arruinó pero no lo arreglaron.

Not worth the money, outdated and not the best services
Pros:

We got the room keys, and the AC was working good.
The location is great to visit west bay, its about a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the beach.

The ladies that we ended up with checking-in were friendly and great! Rooms are BIG!

Cons:

We got in at 2pm, at reception there was only a Spanish speaking guy that told us only check-in at 3pm, not even looking if the room was ready just a bit earlier.
As per other reviews, you need to go up some stairs to the rooms with no elevator available.

Rooms are out-dated, toilet was a bit loose, shower was half loose of the wall, and in the morning we didn't had water at all. We had to leave to the airport with-out a shower. After finding out we went to reception to find the only Spanish speaking guy, trying to explain to him we didn't had water but we didn't get a full response from him and nothing he really did about it. He explained as far as we could understand that there were some construction work that was done and nobody had water in the area. When checking-out another guy who spoke English gave us his apologisch for not having water and gave as a reason that some-one had touched their valves and they worked on it to get it fixed.

Also a lot of younger people in the hotel with some loud music on the balconies during the evening.
