We got in at 2pm, at reception there was only a Spanish speaking guy that told us only check-in at 3pm, not even looking if the room was ready just a bit earlier.
As per other reviews, you need to go up some stairs to the rooms with no elevator available.

Rooms are out-dated, toilet was a bit loose, shower was half loose of the wall, and in the morning we didn't had water at all. We had to leave to the airport with-out a shower. After finding out we went to reception to find the only Spanish speaking guy, trying to explain to him we didn't had water but we didn't get a full response from him and nothing he really did about it. He explained as far as we could understand that there were some construction work that was done and nobody had water in the area. When checking-out another guy who spoke English gave us his apologisch for not having water and gave as a reason that some-one had touched their valves and they worked on it to get it fixed.

Also a lot of younger people in the hotel with some loud music on the balconies during the evening.

El personal nada amable no te explican bien ! Yo llegué. A hacer el checkin como a las 6 de la tarde por qué tenía pases para otro hotel este sólo lo quería para dormir .Los chicos que estaban cuando me registré no me dijeron que la habitación que había pagado no era para tres personas ya que yo pagué una triple pensando en que podíamos dormir tres ahí incluso nos dio la habitación hasta ahí todo bien ! Luego dejamos todo y nos fuimos a cenar y cuando ya vamos a dormir me dice que no está pagado para tres que aún la habitación ponga triple solo es para 2 personas .! Entonces le dije que ya había estado y había pagado que por qué no me lo dijo en ese momento pero bueno me salió con otra historia obviamente ya no podía hacer nada por qué estaba pagado lo demás y no me iban a devolver el dinero. Pienso que deberían explicar esto muy bien en la página para evitar confusiones así que me tocó pagar la diferencia si e de decir que nos dieron otra habitación más grande.! Pero la limpieza fatal el baño sucio ,la ducha mal le faltaban muchas cosas básicas de un hotel para sentirte cómodo ! Nosotros solo dormimos lo queríamos para eso pero no me e sentido nada cómoda .Nada amables no deberían trabajar en esto sinceramente . La piscina se veía sucia ni si quiera nos metimos está muy descuidado todo . Créanme que e a mejor pagar un piso más y sentirte cómodo .! Justo al lado hay otro hotel que es una pasada no se compara en nada con este.! No volvería sin duda a este lugar!

We arrived for a week stay so we had 2 large suitcases and carry-on. There were no elevators, so we had to take up three flights off stairs. When we arrived in the room it was clean but the TV didn't work (they replaced it a day later but didn't bring the remote) and the outlets to charge our phones were not working. Also, the power and water went off twice during our stay, and their generator was not working. The bath towels were all stained and frayed(we requested new ones), and there were no hand/face towels. The staff seemed nice but were not in a hurry to find out how our stay was going. I don't plan on returning here.

There was no elevator. No fridge. No microwave. No hair dryer. The pool wasn’t cleaned everyday. They didn’t provide any extra blankets. We traveled with a baby and there was no way to warm his milk for his breakfast or to store milk. We had to carry our own bags up three flights of stairs. The water came out dark in the morning. The bedsheets and towels had stains. The staff was so-so. Very dismissive at first.

I liked everything

It was quite new for us that we had to dispose our used toilet paper in a bin and not in the toilet itself since this would clog the toilet. However, the bins were emptied daily. Secondly, the used soap at the sink was disposed daily by housekeeping and sometimes not replaced. The breakfast was very boring and not diverse; everyday we had the same (eggs, toast, sausage and/or pancakes), so almost no variety and no fruits. When we arrived, the pool looked very dirty, but was luckily cleaned during the next days of our stay since more guests were arriving. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time left to enjoy the pool. We would like to recommend to have more irons available, since the several irons available at the front desk were not enough, resulting in having to leave the hotel sometimes with unironed clothes.
