Pros:

Mily personal, ochotny. Rano jsme potrebovali odjet uz v 7:15. Hrozilo, ze budeme bez snidane, ale klobouk dolu, personal nas nenechal o hladu. I kaficko uvaril. Moc si toho vazime. A ke vsemu se na nas usmivali. Opravdu nas to moc potesilo.

Úžasné místo
Pros:

Úžasný hotel, který si na nic nehraje, čisto super personál, skvělá snídaně.
Neskutečně milá a ochotná slečna u snídaní! Pobyt i s malým dítkem úplně na jedničku.
Moc děkujeme za péči!

Pros:

Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Personal sehr nett.
Zimmer und Bad waren überraschend groß.

Cons:

Dass man erst ab 16.00 einchecken kann, davor ist das Hotel abgeschlossen.
Die Zimmereinrichtung war schon alt, Teppichboden ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Frühstück ist eher bescheiden.

Máme to tu rádi - Zábřeh a okolí.
Obsluha

Cons:

Na policích ve skříni byla tuna prachu a rovněž nějaké použité zmuchlané 3 ručníky.
Na snídani pro 2 lid 3 rohlíky na strouhanku – chleba došel (tip: i v sobotu jsou otevřené obchody s potravinami).
Check-in až od 16h (rarita) a přitom Check-out již v 10h (což je obvyklé).
