Skvělé low cost ubytování.
Amsterdam je celkově drahé město, takže toto ubytování v centru splnilo očekávání. Nečekali jsme žádný luxus. Na přespání bylo vše dostačující.

Personale gentile, ma bassa qualità
Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità di lasciare i nostri zaini in struttura e di effettuare il check-in in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto.

Cons:

Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata penalizzata da diversi aspetti. Le lenzuola apparivano vecchie e non perfettamente pulite, il lavandino presente in camera era otturato e non scaricava correttamente e la doccia del bagno in comune era intasata.

Inoltre, nelle scale che portano alle camere era presente un fortissimo cattivo odore che, in alcuni momenti, arrivava anche all'interno della nostra stanza.

È un peccato, perché la disponibilità e la cortesia dello staff sono state davvero apprezzate. Tuttavia, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla manutenzione e alla gestione degli odori per offrire un'esperienza all'altezza delle aspettative.

In generale, prezzo troppo alto rispetto alla qualità offerta.

Convenient access to transport and night stroll
Pros:

The staff at night were amazingly kind assisting me and my mum. Salute to their hard work!.. the location js superb, definitely recommended it for the short stay traveller

Viajazo en Amsterdam que el hostal Tamara solo mejoro. 10/10
Pros:

El personal. Nos trataron genial, y nos dejaron dejar las maletas antes del check-in y después del check-out, ya que cogíamos el vuelo a las 18:00. Mención de honor especial a Mario y Xavier/Javier. Saludos de Juan y Aritz.

An old hotel in a decent location
Pros:

The location is not bad: although there are multiple other hotels closer to the train station (Amsterdam Centraal), it is still possible to walk rolling your suitcase on the cobbled street to the hotel. You can also walk from there to the key city's museums.

Cons:

The facilities are pretty old. The staircase is narrow and steep, so one has to be in a good shape to lift the baggage to the top floors where the rooms are. The toilet and shower were on a different floor.
