The location was decent, it was super central and easy to walk around. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and had smiling faces.

Cons:

SOO many things I did not like this property.
1. No lift - that was okay as it was already stated prior to booking. But we were on the fourth floor, the stairs are super narrow and steep so going down with baggage felt super dangerous even for able bodies.
2. Unclean - Even though the beds were made, there was a singular stale french fry (or chip) on the bedside table that was not from our stay, an empty ketchup container and an empty water bottle. It was evident that it was NOT cleaned prior to us staying there. Our beds were also unmade when we came back, even though we moved all our personal belongings out of the way. Our family felt super unclean and unhygienic everytime we walked into the room.
3. Pricing did not justify the stay - The room itself was super expensive! Even though it was at the centre of Amsterdam the amenities did not do it justice. For almost €400/night ($700 CAD/night), no lift, no cleaning, uncleaned room to begin with, NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERING and no breakfast it did not seem like a great price.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Muy céntrico y el personal muy amable, no es difícil poder encontrar su ubicación

Me dejaron hasta el último piso, encontré cabello en la cama, el calefactor hizo ruido toda la noche, cuando ibas a ducharte se mojaba todo el piso ya que no tiene una cortina que cubra :(

La ubicación estaba genial, aunque había mendigos en la puerta estaba cerca de todo, la estación central, la casa de Ana frank, el supermercado, el barrio rojo, está todo cerca

I dont like the room 23 that we checked in . It’s has been give so many noises every night, rather to say the whole day, like someone is drilling the whole time, like moving chairs and furniture above us. We couldn’t sleep well. A huge disappointment . The facilities like shower : so many molds all over the the bathroom. Shower curtain is aweful, There’s no any complementaries upon our arrival , except for a weird and seems old coffee machine That im not sure if If could use it. Right Lamp shade is broken
