Perfect location and comfortable room
Pros:

Good service from staff, who were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us, good view. The room was budget but comfy and clean. The family room we had (32) had a REALLY good view of the Central station and surrounding area. The location was perfect for our train holiday! Great for exploring the city too!

Cons:

The stairs were steep… some people might find that difficult. The room was a bit dated but overall decent!

Pros:

Hemos tenido una estancia fantástica. Es cierto que las habitaciones son algo pequeñas (estilo típico de Ámsterdam), pero están muy bien aprovechadas y limpias. Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la ubicación excelente, que nos permitió recorrer casi todo a pie, y el trato del personal, que fue súper atento y amable en todo momento.

Cons:

Estancia pequeña, el retrete estaba metido en la misma ducha.
