Pros:

Amsterdam da Old Bridge Hotel konaklamamız gerçekten harikaydı. Otelin konumu mükemmel odamız ise sokağa bakan büyük camlarıyla muhteşem bir manzara ya tanık ettik.

Ancak bu deneyimi unutulmaz yapan en önemli kişi resepsiyonda çalışan Julio oldu. Kendisi inanılmaz derecede ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Ailemle birlikte konakladık ve anne-babamın İngilizcesi çok iyi olmamasına rağmen Julio sabırla iletişim kurdu, herkesin rahat etmesini sağladı.

Sadece işini yapmakla kalmadı, bizimle samimi bir sohbet kurarak kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettirdi. Bu seviyede bir misafirperverlik çok nadir bulunur.

Özellikle belirtmek isterim ki Julio gibi çalışanlar bir otel için çok büyük bir değerdir. Kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar Amsterdam’a geldiğimizde kesinlikle burayı tercih edeceğiz.

-Asansör olmaması yaşı büyük kişiler için önemli bir konu ama inanın bir girerken valizleri çıkarmak zor oluyor sonrasında alışılıyor gençseniz hiç dert etmeyin ama dizlerinde sorun olanlar bunu bilerek gitmeli

- Tuvaletler sürgülü kapı arasında hafif boşluk var kokular odaya yayılabiliyor

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, cerca de la estación central de Ámsterdam, en unos minutos caminando se llega sin problemas. La habitación (pedí matrimonial) pero me dieron dos camas separadas. Cómo era por una noche no hice ningún reclamo. Estaba todo muy limpio, ropa blanca y toallas impecables. Lo mejor la ducha, caía abundante agua y muy buena temperatura. Lo malo es que no tiene recolector ni cortina así que se mojaba todo el piso. De todas formas al rato estaba seco. Lo que sí si van con.mucho equipaje es complicado, hay escaleras muy empinadas y angostas. No apto para gente mayor. A mí me gustó era tranquilo y limpio, muy conforme

The hotel is perfect for a solo traveller only disappointing issue is it’s been a month now since the front staff promised to return my left items. I have offered to pay for the postage but they have gone ghost on me. If it wasn’t for this issue I would rate the hotel a 10/10. At this point I am not sure I will get my items back.

I thought I’d do my usual and save some money on a room, but this was a huge mistake. My advice: just spend the extra €30 for a decent hotel.

A lot of people complained about the stairs, which is normal for Amsterdam, so I decided to give it a try. However, the room was so filthy and smelly that, for the first time in a while, I was genuinely worried about bed bugs. I felt dirty just staying there.

My supposedly clean towel had someone else’s hair on it. Upon closer inspection, the mattress and pillow were extremely old and had yellow stains. The curtain had stains of unknown origin, and the view was of a narrow space between buildings — basically a wall and a dumpster-like roof area. Hardly any natural light reached the room.

The window required quite a bit of force to open and wouldn’t stay open, constantly slamming shut. The fridge was very loud at night, and the bed was too narrow to be comfortable.

They also ask for a €50 deposit for a remote and a key, which is ridiculous. Why would I steal that filthy remote?

The area isn’t great either. Ironically, the stairs were actually fine.

Also, I’m amazed they call themselves a hotel rather than a hostel

Localização e o responsável da recepção falava português o que facilitou a comunicação.

Cons:

O banheiro vaza agua do boxe e deixa o banheiro inundado, infelizmente afeta totalmente o conforto pois toda vez que precisa ir ao banheiro tem que pisar na poça d’água. Teve um pequeno atraso no checkin.
