I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the hotel staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. The location is excellent—right in the city centre—making it easy to walk to all the main attractions.

Cons:

Hotel stairs very narrow, and no elevator, which makes carrying luggage a bit challenging. The rooms have windows facing an air shaft, so there’s no view, and the bathrooms are quite small and cramped.

It’s a suitable hotel for a two- or three-day stay in Amsterdam. If you don’t have large suitcases or children, it’s very comfortable, and the location in the city centre is excellent.

Öncelikle resepsiyonla ilgilenen beyefendiye çok teşekkür ediyorum. O kadar sohbet etmemize rağmen ismini öğrenmediğim için buradan paylaşamıyorum ama cafeyle de ilgilenen ve giriş günü bana hem su hem de çay ikram eden beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederim. Az ingilizceme rağmen bütün işlerimi kolaylaştırdı ve buna güven verdi. Türkiyeden tek giden bir bayan olarak hiç sıkıntı yaşamadım. Otelin konumu hemen merkez tren istasyonunun karşısındaydı. Resepsiyon, otelin altındaki cafeden sağlanıyordu. Tek kişilik oda küçüktü ama son dakika oteli olarak fiyatına göre iyiydi. Otelde huzursuzluk veren herhangi bir misafir de yoktu. Yine gelsem yine giyat performans olarak tercih ederim.

The staff that excepted us were really nice and understanding.

Cons:

The wall made a really strange sound, and also we saw what looked like black mold in the shower, but not 100% sure about that.
