Staff behaviour, overpriced, breakfast option, poor maintenance,
The place is perfect for people working in the tech parks of Bellandur. Ecoworld and Embassy Tech Village are at a walking distance. There are eateries, supermarkets, ATMs and other general stores nearby. The cost of the place is also very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, my room even had a balcony! Staff was nice and helpful.
The room was not clean. The bathroom was small and one could smell the gutter. The floor and furniture were dusty. The towels and bedsheets looked like they had not been cleaned for sometime as they had a layer of dust on the white. Rooms were not regularly cleaned, and neither did the staff ask about if the room wanted to be cleaned, despite me staying there for six days. There was a weird phenol smell everywhere in the corridors which was masking the smell of smoke.

The staff was non-cooperative, I had to leave early for my flight, so they didn’t even provide me basic tea, coffee and sandwich which they agreed during upon during the conversation.
the property is close to airport
Despite experiencing inadequate maintenance, our room unfortunately started leaking during rainfall, resulting in our suitcase getting soaked. Additionally, our attempts to order food proved to be a challenging ordeal, as our request for lunch was denied and the masala dosa we received was stale. Moreover, the absence of nearby restaurants made dining options limited. Surprisingly, the food prices were nearly equivalent to the room rates. Regrettably, we will not be considering this property for future stays. We are currently contemplating legal action due to the property damage incurred by the leakage, which resulted in our important documents becoming wet.
