Very poor property at Fab Hotel Kings Suite BANASWADI.
Cons:

No Power, was stuck in 3rd Floor. Despite the power restoring the Hotel did not start the Lift. As senior Citizen requested for change of room to ground floor, but was not given.
The staff are very poor in turnout, and manners, did NOT give me the water in the third floor room. Had to buy from outside, hence quit the room the next morning and moved out.

Pros:

Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The mattress provided was of poor quality—I could feel the springs while lying on the bed. I even changed rooms because of this issue, but the mattress in the new room had the same problem. Also room were not cleaned properly, I can see the dust many places.

GOOD HOTEL
Pros:

The staff and the internal facilities of the hotel was good. The front office staff, especially one person called Sanjai, and the room boy -Durga went out of their way to help me.

It was a very unpleasant to stay over at Fab hotel. The image of hotel rooms were different.

Not good.
Pros:

Cheap and location.

Cons:

No clean. Not properly maintained. Balcony had so much pigeon shit. AC and TV was not working. Had to call multiple times before it was fixed. Dirty sofas and walls.
