Owner Shalini collected extra 388 rupees in cash eventhough I paid full bill online. No Water provided. No ACs she allowed to run citing low price online and Oyo is not paying the tariffs in time. No Soaps/shampoo provided. She was complaining online price is very low and she cannot provide any facility. Totally unprofessional only 1 staff available at the premises, not even security guy is there.
