I liked the location only.

I pre booked a room for four of our family members including me although the pre-booking didn't charge us but we didn't get the room we booked .. rather we got separate rooms which we didn't wish for, we stayed because they said after one night the room with four accomodation would be available, the next day after we changed our room we found a lot of cockroaches upon complaining they spraid "Hit spray" but whenever we left the room the cockroaches arrived again, out of this we had to separate the keyholder so that the room's lights could be stayed on when none of us is in the room, the staff was rude on asking for these amenities they didn't even reply properly and also no housekeeping services were provided, unfortunately we got to know we need to stay long so we stayed for more than 2 nights and nobody among the staff came for atleast changing the bed sheets even.
And lastly the WiFi only worked till the ground floor, on changing our room to third floor the WiFi wasn't working they didn't even bother
