Easy access to entertainment, and other amenities. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Noisy as it is located on a very busy street. I was unable to sleep with the high traffic ‘till late night. No cable or access to You Tube or other television channels.

Pros:

La ubicación. Trataron de esmerarse en la atención de los pedidos.

Cons:

Fotos no corresponden a la habitación, cuidar el cuidado de las sábanas, limitado papel, no hay como comunicarse desde la habitación, variar el desayuno, ofrecieron 3 camas y solo me dieron 2.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel y el rico desayuno 😋

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente con un malentendido del check out pagando más de lo acordado y además que durante mi estancia nunca tuve acceso a internet del TV ni queriendo conectarlo a mi WiFi móvil. Pedí ayuda a recepción y no hubo solución al respecto.

Find a real 3 star hotel in Cajamarca. I stayed in one of them and it was great.
Pros:

Closer to the central plaza

Cons:

The hotel charged me about 15% extra for using a credit card for payment. Credit card was a must to make the reservation.
No elevator, steep stairs to 3rd floor. Large false window curtain. Sub-par breakfast. The front desk clerk was being nice. This IMHO, this is not a 3 star hotel. The city has several other beautiful 3 star hotels just few extra money.

Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, súper cerca a la plaza. Las habitaciones limpias y con todo lo necesario. El personal es súper atento contigo, son amables y te ayudan si lo necesitas. A mi me dieron orientaciones de la ciudad.

Cons:

Habían algunas reparaciones que impedían un poco el paso para las habitaciones, pero todos muy amables y fue solo unas horas.
