Fantastic
Pros:

We have not long got back from a great stay at Creta Vitalis. The room was very comfortable with AC, clean towels and room change everyday, a nice balcony to sit on. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was was lovely with a variety of food to eat, my friend and I enjoyed the cake, bread, cheese pie, and watemelon. Especially the coffee - thank you Vangelis. The pool area is fantastic and it is a great size, always clean and refreshing. A big thanks to Nikos & nini Nikos at the pool bar for making our trip so memorable with their funny, friendly service. One day we will be back to drink all your Mythos again! Efharisto poli to all the team at Creta Vitalis, we are definitely missing you.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel - just rent a car if you are confident to drive around the area as it is about 20 minutes from Chania centre. We figured out the bus service but this is quite a walk from the hotel so be prepared if you are going to do this. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance so keep some euros for taxis.

Par où commencer?

Établissement très bruyant, situé à côté d’une route passante et situé également dans le couloir aérien de l’aéroport de la canée. De plus des avions de chasse de l’OTAN passent dans le ciel tout les jours matin et soir !!
S’ajoute à cela les chambres qui sont très mal insonorisé vous n’entendrez que vos voisins, le personnel à la réception et les portes qui claquent.

Concernant l’intérieur de l’hôtel nous avons eu une chambre avec de grosses fissures sur les murs, les équipements sont vieux , rien n’a était rénové. Un monte escalier stana vous attend en face de la réception…

Le prix n’est pas du tout justifié.
Je ne comprend pas les notes de cet établissement , ne réservez jamais ici à moins que ce soit pour 1 ou 2 nuits gros maximum. Vous ne pourrez pas vous reposer.

Très très déçu nous sommes restés 5 nuits sans compensation de la part de l’hôtel. Une honte.

The so called superior room is on a main road and the property is directly under the airport flight path, noisy from both constantly. We were abruptly moved from our room at midnight on our 1st night by the very irate owner who claimed we were put in the wrong room! And put in another very small double.Not our fault. Weren’t offered another room
We left the property and found a great place elsewhere

Pros:

המארחים סטלה ובעלה היו מקסימים ועם נכונות וסבלנות לעזור בכל עניין. המתחם פשוט ונקי. המיטות היו נוחות. המיקום ממש ליד חוף ים ובקרבת חופים יפים אחרים ובקרבה יחסית לחאניה. יש אוטבוס קרוב שלוקח לעיר. הבריכה היתה נקייה ונחמדה בסך הכל

לא היתה הרבה פרטיות בין החדרים, שומעים כל רעש וזה יוצר אי נוחות בין האורחים. המיקום אמנם קרוב לחופים יפים אבל מקום האירוח ממוקם בתוך שכונה שאין הרבה מה לעשות בה. המקום נראה הרבה יותר יפה ואטרקטיבי בתמונות, במציאות פחות. לא כל כך מותאם לילדים צעירים. אולי רק לחדרים הפרטיים שלהם זה מתאים.

Very lovely hotel and a well placed village, but you have to have a car
Pros:

Beach is 5-7 min walk; hotel is very close to the airport, lovely breakfast with very nice staff at the breakfast. I changed the room - first was not very good, soup on ground, broken glass in the bathroom, not the view promissed but the second room I was placed couple days later was really great - amazing sea view, better maintained bathroom. Very cute. The gardener is amazing, so beautiful. Nice pool with nice view.

Cons:

The first room I was placed was not well maintained; pool bar was closed and I was informed only shortly before arrival. Reception is noisy in early mornings and evenings. Not the best hotel for light sleepers due to reception, airport, bad isolation between rooms.

Tunnelmallinen ja kodikas hotelli.
Pros:

Creta Vitalis on kodikas ja vieraanvarainen hotelli. Tilat olivat erittäin siistit ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen saatavissa. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja tuore. Se oli aivan ihana nauttia oliivipuiden katveessa terassilla. Uima-allas alue oli viihtyisä ja allas riittävän kokoinen, jotta siinä oli mukavaa uida.

Cons:

Kylän keskus on hieman kaukana hotellista. Etenkään kovin kuumalla säällä tai pimeässä sinne ei ole mukava kävellä. Muutoinkaan kävely tien vieressä ei houkuttele. Tie on melko vilkasliikenteinen. On myös hyvä varautua päivittäisiin hävittäjien harjoituslentoihin hotellin yli. Melu on silloin todella kova.

Pros:

Nothing. We had an extremely unpleasant and dangerous experience at this hotel. Instead of being protected as guests, we were harassed and verbally abused by a taxi driver with whom the hotel staff seemed to have a close relationship.
The hotel gave our room number to this individual, without our consent, and he began to persistently search for us and ask for money in a threatening manner. Worse, the reception staff advised us to give him money "for our own good" so that nothing would happen to us. It was a moment of real fear, in which we felt completely abandoned and vulnerable.
This is a serious violation of the confidentiality and safety that any hotel should guarantee to its customers. This complicity between the hotel and an aggressive individual raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of this accommodation.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Instead of feeling safe, you risk becoming victims of abuse facilitated by the very people who are supposed to protect you.

Am avut parte de o experiență extrem de neplăcută și periculoasă la acest hotel. În loc să fim protejați ca oaspeți, am fost hărțuiți și abuzați verbal de un taximetrist cu care personalul hotelului părea să aibă o relație apropiată.
Hotelul a oferit numărul camerei noastre acestui individ, fără consimțământul nostru, iar acesta a început să ne caute insistent și să ne ceară bani într-un mod amenințător. Mai grav, personalul de la recepție ne-a sfătuit să-i dăm bani „pentru binele nostru”, ca să nu ni se întâmple nimic. A fost un moment de teamă reală, în care ne-am simțit complet abandonați și vulnerabili.
Este o gravă încălcare a confidențialității și siguranței pe care orice hotel ar trebui să o garanteze clienților săi. Această complicitate între hotel și un individ agresiv ne pune semne serioase de întrebare legate de integritatea și profesionalismul acestei unități de cazare.
Nu recomand acest hotel nimănui. În loc să vă simțiți în siguranță, riscați să deveniți victimele unui abuz facilitat chiar de cei care ar trebui să vă protejeze.

Nice stay! Nice breakfast with fresh products. Rooms nice and clean, staff polite and helpful.
Cons:

I would provide guests with ear plugs or I would better isolate the room at the ground floor otherwise from 7am you hear people going to the buffet or checking out.

Pros:

L’accueil très sympathique et la disponibilité du personnel . Cadre idyllique , les petits studios très fonctionnels , nous avons tout apprécié de cet hôtel . Nous avons manger au boureki restaurant tout près de l’hôtel un délice , attention aux portions très très généreuses , mais c’était délicieux .

Rien c’était parfait , juste le petit dej à partir de 9h30 ça commence à être vide…
