Ich habe es genossen, im Wiesentaler Hof zu sein!
Pros:

Ich war nun schon das zweite Mal im Wiesentaler Hof. Zunächst hatte ich das Hotel nur wegen der Nähe zum Bahnhof (ca. 5 min. zu Fuss) gewählt. Aber es ist einfach grossartig dort, die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Check-in ist problemlos, das Personal sehr freundlich und bei meinem 2. Aufenthalt hat der Chef (?) mir sogar ein upgrade auf das Doppelzimmer gegeben. Ich komme wieder!

Da fällt mir nix ein!

An der Rezeption war ein sehr freundlicher Mann. Ich bin ihm sehr dankbar für alles.
Das Bett war bequem und alles war in der Nähe.
Ich würde nicht nur einen Stern geben, sondern drei.

I made the reservation online on Booking. When I went to the reception, they told me that I didn’t have a reservation because a mistake had been made and they could not accommodate me in the room I had booked. However, they offered me two other rooms. I then booked two other rooms and paid in cash at a higher price than on Booking. After I entered the room, about 15 minutes later the receptionist came and asked me if I could cancel the reservation so that the money would not be taken from my bank. He told me to request a free cancellation and he would accept it, and I did so. The problem was not the money, but the time I lost and the fact that he wanted to avoid paying Booking fees. If it were not for Booking, I would not have found that hotel. Therefore, the receptionist was not correct. I am Genius Level 3 on Booking.

J’ai effectué la réservation en ligne sur Booking. Lorsque je suis allé à la réception, on m’a dit que je n’avais pas de réservation en raison d’une erreur et qu’ils ne pouvaient pas me loger dans la chambre que j’avais réservée. Cependant, ils m’ont proposé deux autres chambres. J’ai alors réservé deux autres chambres et payé en espèces à un prix plus élevé que sur Booking. Après être entré dans la chambre, environ 15 minutes plus tard, le réceptionniste est venu et m’a demandé si je pouvais annuler la réservation afin que l’argent ne soit pas prélevé sur ma banque. Il m’a dit de demander une annulation gratuite et qu’il l’accepterait, ce que j’ai fait. Le problème n’était pas l’argent, mais le temps que j’ai perdu et le fait qu’il voulait éviter de payer les frais de Booking. Sans Booking, je n’aurais pas trouvé cet hôtel. Par conséquent, le réceptionniste n’a pas été correct. Je suis Genius niveau 3 sur Booking.

Ik had een kamer geboekt omdat mijn dochter in Zwitserland ging studeren en ik enkele dagen in de buurt wilde zijn om te helpen installeren. De ligging van het hotel is voortreffelijk: vlakbij de oude stad, het shopping center en het openbaar vervoer. Prijs/kwaliteit is dit zeker in orde (ik ging in februari, misschien zijn de prijzen veel hoger in het hoogseizoen). De kamer was eenvoudig, klein, maar netjes en alles wat er nodig was. Heel vriendelijk personeel, inclusief de dame die kwam poetsen. Ik ben er echt tevreden over!

Cons:

Eigenlijk niks. Of misschien dat er geen koffie op de kamer was. Maar wel elke dag een fles water gekregen.

Pros:

Très bien placé sur une rue piétonne calme, à 7 minutes à pieds de la gare et à l’entrée de la vieille ville. Idéal touriste.
Accueil adorable, on vous donne les infos pour débuter la visite de la ville en autonomie.
