Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Kleines, aber zweckmässiges und gemütliches Einzelzimmer. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Sehr ringhörig, sowohl vom Korridor, wie auch von aussen. Abluft vom Restaurant direkt unterhalb meines Fensters.

Cons:

Der Alptraum beim Reisen - mein Zimmer war voller Schaben. Da gibt es leider nichts zu diskutieren. Einrichtung war so lala, die dicke Decke war mir persönlich viel zu warm. Die Unterkunft wurde mit Frühstück gebucht - am Tag vorher bekam ich dann den Anruf, dass es kein Frühstück gibt. Für die winzige Zimmergröße auch zu teuer gewesen.

Super Lage Nähe Bahnhof, Altstadt, Hafen, Bushaltestelle
Pros:

Die Lage! Wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür für manche Stadtbuslinien wie Linie 1 Richtung Staad, Fähre nach Meersburg. Linie 4/13 Richtung Mainau ab Bahnhof, kurzer Weg. Altstadt in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Nahe am Bodanplatz ( um die Ecke) ist das Einkaufszentrum Lago, auch mit Möglichkeiten zum Speisen. Kurzer Weg über Brücke zum Hafen, zur Promenade am Bodensee!
Kleines Zimmer, aber gemütlich, ausreichend für zwei Nächte, ruhige Lage (Nebensaison).
Beim Check in war schon mein Ticket für den ÖPNV vorbereitet ( kostenlos nach Zahlung der Tourismusabgabe an die Stadt Konstanz). Netter Empfang.
In meinem Fall gutes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis .
Würde wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Außer beim Check in war niemals jemand an der Rezeption zu sehen, aber nach angegebener Handy Nr. war sofort jemand erreichbar, der meine Frage beantworten konnte.
Einen Nachttisch hatte ich nicht im Einzelzimmer (wie auf den Fotos angegeben). Eine praktische Nachttisch Lampe stand auf dem Schreibtisch, nicht vom Bett zu bedienen, die einzige Steckdose am Bett benötigte ich zum Laden des Handys .
Mir fehlte eine kleine Ablage im Bad für Pflegeutensilien.
Frühstücksbuffet wurde über Booking.com angeboten, war aber vor Ort dann doch nicht möglich. Jedoch kein großes Problem.
Eine Tagesdecke und ein Zierkissen waren über das komplette Bett gezogen. Die Bettwäsche war frisch. Ich bezweifle jedoch, dass der "Überzug" nach jeder Nutzung gewaschen wird und empfinde das als unangenehm, wenn dieser über "meine" frische Wäsche gelegt wird, besser KEINE Decke drüberlegen!
Alle diese "Nichtgefallenen Dinge " sind nicht hoch zu bewerten, ich möchte sie jedoch erwähnen.
