La atención, tuvieron 2 días para darme mi vuelto y el último día me dicen que vaya a cambiar mi dinero para que me puedan dar el vuelto; en todo caso no deberían de cobrar comisión con las tarjetas si no van a tener dinero para dar el vuelto.
Por otro lado solicité el libro de reclamaciones y no me lo entregaron por que el personal no sabe donde esta el libro (eso me indico el personal de recepción) y tiene que esperar para que otro personal entre en horario de trabajo para que le responda y darme soluciones, por ese lado pésimo servicio.
El libro de reclamaciones es un derecho de todo consumidor y el hotel no lo facilita, es una falta como establecimiento.

El desayuno

Cons:

Las camas estaban percudidas y sucias
No había una buena limpieza
El baño tenía mal olor y no había toalla de manos
La ducha no tenía privacidad por la falta de puertas
La puerta principal del cuarto tenía una chapa insegura que no estaba bien puesta además presentaba polillas
Sus sillas muy básicas para el monto pagado
