Hotell med ambitioner som inte lever upp till fyra stjärnor
Pros:

Bra rum och sängar

Cons:

Dålig check in upplevelse. Mycket blev fel bla fick vi fel rum. Lerig promenad för att nå rummet och restaurangen.

Bra utbud med hjälpsam personal.
Mycket bra att vi fick ett eget rum på middagen när vi firade min födelsedag med många personer

Cons:

Trapporna obekväma, särskilt om man är över 80 år. Viktigt att det talas om innan bokningen eftersom det inte finns någon hiss. Nackdel att man måste gå ut för att komma till frukost och matsalen, särskilt vintertid.

Uncomfortable experience.

The room was in another building apart from the reception. Not fun to run around to find the right building. Otherwise it was clean.
Also it felt very pushy to check in very late and check out very early.
Not looking forward another staying at this hotel.

En trevlig miljö och ett rogivande dygn med ett mysigt spa.
Pros:

Sängar, frukost och spa var bra. Fantastiska byggnader. Vackert med vattnet intill. Kyrkan vacker!
Bra med transport mellan hotellrummen.

Cons:

Fick inte information om att vi kunde vänta en trappa upp innan vi skulle få rummet och checka in, vilket våra vänner fick.
Lång väntan på fördrinken. För få personal under middagen.

En historisk helhetsupplevelse i Sverige
Pros:

Miljön och personalen. Gillar man historiska miljöer är detta det rätta stället. För den som söker ett riktigt svenskt kulturarv ger hotellet en helhetsupplevelse.

Outstanding! Vi har bott på många ställen och detta boende hör till de allra bästa!!
Pros:

Centralt, mycket god, varierande och delikat frukost där vi bodde.
Tyst och stilla med möjligheter att sitta och njuta av stillheten i parken trots att boendet var mitt i centrum.

Cons:

Den lokala ”vaktpersonen” behöver omgående tas bort. Enveten och påträngande!
Det räcker med bra och tydlig skyltning samt information!

Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst samt vid utcheckning
Väldigt uppskattad frukost i historisk miljö. Stort plus för det glutenfria utbudet. Fint rum med sköna sängar och nära till parkeringen

Saknades gummiskrapa till duschen. Man vill gärna få golvet torrt efter behov
