!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

Excelente y amena

Pros:

Zentrale Unterkunft.

Cons:

- Die Treppen sind, wie auch vom Hotel beschrieben, sehr eng.
- Wir waren im März da und leider war es in unserem Zimmer recht kalt. Heizung hat nicht wirklich geheizt.
- Zudem hätte ich ein zweites Kissen geschätzt, mein Kissen war nicht so angenehm.
- Preis-Leistung ist mittelmässig.

Pros:

Le charme de l'hôtel avec ses escaliers raides typique d'Amsterdam. Le café et croissant offert au matin, la propreté de l'immeuble et de la chambre. La proximité du centre-ville. Le personnel serviable. Lit confortable.

Cons:

Le simple vitrage (typique d'Amsterdam quand on regarde l'architecture des maisons) ce qui fait qu'on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue. Prévoyez des boules Quies ou optez peut-être pour une chambre côté jardin sauf si vous avez un sommeil profond.

Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas y que estaba incluido el desayuno, no era gran cosa pero podías tomar café y croissant.

Cons:

Las ventanas no podía taparlas para que no entrara luz, no había cortinas oscuras y la ubicación, un poco alejado del centro y zona museos.

Lovely stay but facilities could be better.
Pros:

The traditional Dutch house was lovely. The street is also beautiful and the location was perfect, especially for Rembrandt Square.

Cons:

We were in room 10 and the ceilings were quite low if you are 6feet plus in height. Also the shower in this room was terrible. Water everywhere, drainage system no good and had to use all the towels to stop the water flooding the room (see photo).

Pros:

Locatie is top. Personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn dat de bagage kon blijven op de dag van aankomst maar ook van vertrek.
Bijkomende service waren de croissants en koffie, hier waren we niet vanuit gegaan.
De kamer is prima. Mooi uitzicht op de prinsengracht. Badkamer inderdaad klein, maar praktisch. Fijn om eigen sanitair te hebben.
Alles staat duidelijk op de site, dus geen verrassingen.

Relación calidad-precio bien. Personal muy amable
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Muy cerca del centro, fuimos andando prácticamente a todos los sitios. Además pasa una línea de tranvía justo enfrente del hotel. También la amabilidad del personal, les comunicamos un par de incidencias en nuestra habitación tras la primera noche y para la segunda noche ya estaba todo solucionado

Cons:

La primera noche pasamos algo de frío y la cortina no cerraba bien. Tras comunicárselo al Hotel, para la segunda noche nos habían puesto dos mantas extra y dos almohadas. La cortina no se pudo solucionar, pero por lo menos lo intentaron
