!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

Good location, in the centre but not too far into the centre to allow us to be slightly further out as a family , also nice view of the canal from family room with canal view room

Cons:

Very basic, didn’t see any staff only at check in, they said breakfast would be open (just croissants etc and wasn’t the cleanest) but there was no one there to open it anyways so we didn’t bother. Very overpriced for what it was.

Sve u objektu je jasno iz fotografija, osim veličine kupatila..bilo nas je 4, a voda se od tuširanja prelijevala po cijelom wc..sve drugo je bilo i bolje od očekivanoga

Un bel ricordo, bellissima esperienza.
Pros:

Cortesia dello Staff. Anche se non inclusa, ci é stato offerto caffè, cornetti, succo... veramente un bel gesto. Posizione dell´hotel ottima e ben collegata con la stazione centrale con il tram 4 che ferma proprio davanti l´ingresso. Zona molto bella e tranquilla.
