!CAUTION! This property is a monumental canal house with STEEP STAIRS and NO ELEVATOR. The reception is on the first floor and there are four floors in total, all ONLY REACHABLE BY STAIRS. People having trouble walking stairs are recommended to take caution and pack lightly.

Assolutamente consigliato!
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, il bagno era un pò piccolo ma pulito. La disponibilità del personale è stata eccellente e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo e prima di ripartire è stata comodissima.

Cons:

Il letto a castello era comodissimo ma cigolava davvero tantissimo. La finestra vicino al bagno andrebbe pulita appropriatamente. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

Worst experience - Very highly priced for NO value
Cons:

Very cramped room. Very difficult to access and move in/out with luggage. Very poor office hours. No value for money. Would NOT recommend to anyone

Ottimo hotel in bella zona, camera confortevole , letti comodi, dotata di bollitore e frigo e tavolo con 4 sgabelli (la stanza da 5) questo ha reso piacevolissimo il nostro soggiorno!! Veramente ottimo tutto

Good unless you have young kids or you like space.
Pros:

Excellent location, right on tram no.4

Cons:

We were aware that it was steep stairs, but being a family with 3 children, I would have expected a room on a lower floor instead of top floor. Also room was a bit claustrophobic vs images on website esp the bathroom.

Great location good price don’t forget to bring bug spray or vacation ruined and no sleep

Very close to tram and right on the canal

Cons:

Tight space no place to keep suitcases when taking out or putting back clothes. 4 people with 3 carry on very tight space. We had a lot of mosquito issues so bring bug spray or no sleep.

Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad de la persona del desayuno.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado. La habitación de 4 estaba bien pero muy pequeña . El baño incomodo y la ducha minuscula.

Tutto. Anche se la stanza era un pò piccola siamo stati benissimo. Al mattino ci è stata offerta la colazione: brioche, succo, caffè, marmellata. Tutto ottimo.
