Πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, το δωματιο πολυ ανετο για οικογενεια και το προσωπικο πολύ ευγενικό!

Cons:

Το ξενοδοχείο ειναι κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο και είχε πολύ φασαρία αρκετές φορες.

Lovely and professional staff. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Will definetly visit again, if in the area.
Pros:

Staff is the super power of this apartment hotel. They made my family feel so welcome and did everything and more, so we could enjoy our holiday. Thank you for the awesome breakfasts and nice chats. Special thanks to the lovely lady in the kitchen.

The hotel is clean and run with care. Rooms are comfy and fresh. Nice little pool area and a small spa (book in advance). Location is good and there’s free parking on the street. Nice little shop on the other side of the road and you can basically get anything you need and more from that shop. Very nice beach close by. And if you don’t have a rental car, there’s a bus stop next to the hotel.

And the beds are one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on while on holiday, and away from home.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Hotel molto consigliato, per qualità /prezzo.
Pros:

In primis la Signora, molto gentile e disponibile. Pronta a consigliarci per le cene e per le possibilità turistiche di questa zona. Hotel molto pulito, stanza grande, bagno con doccia bellissimo.

Very nice accomodation with awesome staff. As everybody already mentioned in the previous reviews, the owner is a kind and joyful person and she helped us a lot during our stay. We did not have any plans set up before arriving and she helped us with suggestions and guidance on how to reach certain places around Chania. The breakfast was delicious, loved it!

Cons:

Nothing to object, it was everything that we needed and more.

A refaire sans hésiter !
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très varié et fait maison, piscine calme, lit King site très confortable.
La propriétaire de l'établissement est tres gentille et de très bons conseils (lieux a visiter et restaurants a faire avec vues magnifiques). Elle a pu répondre a toutes nos questions et besoins.

Cons:

Évacuation de la douche avec de l'eau un peu stagnante, malgré le double vitrage on entend quand même un peu les avions

Pros:

Les lits sont confortables.
L'appartement est spacieux et propre.
L'établissement met à disposition quelques affaires de plage (parasol, jouets pour enfants...).

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue. On entend le bruit des voitures qui roulent au milieu de la nuit et des avions même avec des fenêtres fermées (pas très loin de l'aéroport). C'est extrêmement bruyant et inconfortable. Nous avons très mal dormi pendant tout notre séjour.
Le climatiseur est ancien et très bruyant. Nous avons réclamé cela au bout de la première nuit. La responsable était au début surprise de notre demande et nous a indiqué que personne n'avait remonté le point avant nous (chose qui n'est pas vraie car il y a quelques commentaires qui lindiquent). Ensuite, elle a proposé de faire intervenir quelqu'un pour réparer le climatiseur ou de nous changer de chambre (pour une autre du même côté de la rue...) mais pas avant le lendemain. Nous avons pris l'option du changement de chambre. Le jour du changement, elle nous a indiqué que quelqu'un était passé pour réparer le climatiseur et qu'il n'y avait plus de problème. Chose qui n'était pas vraie, car nous n'avons constaté aucune amélioration ou changement du bruit émis par ce climatiseur.
Nous sommes très déçus et je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel pour des gens qui souhaitent se reposer ou passer un moment de détente.
Nous sommes également très surpris de la note de l'établissement (9.3) compte tenu de tout cela...
