Toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sehr guter und aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Die Lage direkt am See ist außergewöhnlich. Zimmer war recht groß und sehr sauber. Endlich mal ein Hotel mit einem guten leistungsfähigen Föhn und ausreichend langem Kabel.

Cons:

Frische Backwaren wären toll anstatt Aufbackware.

Wer gerne sauniert und Luxus geniesst ist hier genau an der richtigen Stelle.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hohem Komfort. Besonders toll fanden wir die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in Form von Pralines, die der Zimmerservice jeweils hinterlassen hat. Ebenfalls wunderschön war der Wellnessbereich im Erdgeschoss. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein Traum!

Cons:

Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war leider mit 30° etwas kühl im Winter. Uns hätte es noch besser gefallen, wenn es ein beheiztes Sprudelbecken gegeben hätte.

Aussergewöhnliches Erlebnis
Pros:

Es war ein Erlebnis. 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Super freundliches Personal. Fabelhaftes Essen tolle Zimmer. Aussergewöhnlicher Service.

Unbedingt wieder.
Pros:

Im Riva ist tatsächlich alles Top. Das Eckzimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf den Bodensee hat gerade die richtige Grösse. Die Lage ist ruhig und auch von den benachbarten Zimmern ist nichts zu hören. Die Minibar mit alkoholfreien Getränken ist kostenlos - Bravo! Das Frühstück, das man nicht weglassen kann - zum Glück - ist grandios. Wir haben selten ein so vollkommenes Frühstücksbuffet erlebt. Ganz grosses Kino. Auch das Essen im Hotelrestaurant hat hervorragend geschmeckt, vom Abend im hoteleigenen Sterne-Restaurant Ophelia ganz zu schweigen. Auch die Cocktails an der Bar wurden professionell zubereitet und schmeckten gut. Grundsätzlich ist noch zu anzufügen, dass das Personal im Riva ausnahmslos überaus höflich und zuvorkommend ist.

Cons:

Wie oft haben wir uns gefragt, was der Wandschmuck (Bild, Gemälde ...) soll. Nach unserem Geschmack war das Bild in unserem Zimmer definitiv nicht. Wieso greift man nicht auf einen schönen Print zurück? Einer, der inhaltlich und visuell zur Einrichtung oder zur Lage passt. Wenn man aber über so eine Kleinigkeit mosern muss, dann hat man wirklich ein Luxusproblem ;-)))

Wunderschönes, sehr edles Hotel. Ich gehe davon aus, dass unser Erlebnis im Restaurant eine Ausnahme war.
Pros:

Tolle Lage. Sehr schönes Gebäude. Perfekter Service. Genialer Rooftop Pool.

Cons:

Das Restaurant hatte bei unserem Besuch einen rabenschwarzen Tag, hier lief gar nichts rund.

Pros:

Wunderbarer Dachpool, tolle Lage! Freundliches Personal

Cons:

In der Bar konnte man keinen Caipi machen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption bzw. Service wurde insgesamt 4 mal von uns darauf hingewiesen, dass wir an einem Tag 2 Gäste zum Frühstück erwarten, aber das kam nirgends an.

Ganz toll, wie auf meine Reklamation bezüglich der Lüftung reagiert wurde - ein Upgrade auf ein geniales Zimmer!!! Vielen Dank dafür!!
