Pros:

Wir waren jetzt nach zwölf Jahren wieder im Riva und es war damals schon sehr gut! Aber jetzt nach dem Umbau wurde das Ganze nochmal getoppt!! Es waren herrliche Tage, verwöhnt von einem tollen Team und perfekter Organisation!!
Die Einrichtung wunderschön und die Zimmer nicht nur sehr schön, sondern wirklich mal durchdacht und bietet somit alle gewünschten Annehmlichkeiten für uns. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100% weiter!

Ein Kurzurlaub, den wir bis auf das Wetter und kleine Unwägbarkeiten sehr genossen haben.
Pros:

Freundlichkeit des Personals war bemerkenswert. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber nicht extravagant. Das Ophelia war einzigartig. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen. Die Zimmer sind hochwertig, aber nicht luxuriös.

Cons:

Wasserhahn war wackelig, WC Rollenhalter ist fast von der Wand gefallen und der WC Deckel passte nicht. Im SPA gab es nur Gurkenwasser, was ich nicht so mag. Habe dann normales Leitungswasser in der Dusche getrunken. Wir hatten das Zeichen "Zimmer reinigen" vor dem Frühstück aktiviert, aber es dauerte ewig und machte den Eindruck, als wenn die Zimmer strikt nacheinander abgearbeitet wurden. Es war zwar zu kalt, um sich auf dem Balkon aufzuhalten, aber der fehlende Sichtschutz hätte mich auch im Sommer davon abgehalten dort zu verweilen.

Luxushotel mit traumhafter Lage am Bodensee
Pros:

Top Hotel, das seine gute Bewertung verdient. Die direkte Lage am Bodensee, der beheizte Pool auf dem Dach bietet eine grandiose Aussicht über den Bodensee.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut sortiert und von gehobener Qualität.

Cons:

Auf die Frage nach Parkmöglichkeit wurde mein Wagen vom Personsl in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage geparkt. Dies wurde mir mit 28.-pro Tag in Rechnung was für ein Hotel dieser Klasse unnötig ist. Außerhalb des Hotels gab es aber ein paar wenige kostenfreie Parkplätze, was vom Personal leider nicht kommuniziert wurde.
