Virkelig dejligt hotel, men med store problemer for levering af den bestilte service.
Pros:

Maden var super godt og vi nød virkelig at der var rent og pænt hele tiden, personalet var super søde .

Cons:

Vi fik slet slet ikke det værelse vi havde betalt for, vi betalte for et 30 kvm. Værelse med sovesofa og dobbeltseng og adgang til swim up pool med udsigt ud over hotellet.
Først fik vi et værelse helt uden swim up pool og da vi gjorde opmærksom på det, blev vi flyttet til et langt mindre værelse på ca. 20 kvm, uden sovesofa. Dog med en dejlig pool adgang, men på ingen måde i det område vi havde booket. All inclusive var ikke all inclusive, det var blandt andet tillæg for kolde kaffer og deres drinks var ikke det der stod. Pina colada var eksempelvis bare vodka med ananas juice.
Alt vand kostede også ekstra .

工作人员热情，酒店漂亮，餐食满意，孩子很喜欢
Pros:

酒店建的很漂亮，各种功能布局都很合理，酒店内部有租车公司与小型旅行社，虽然有Spa,但是关门的时间确实太早了，我一直没能体验。虽然部分设施有一点点旧，但是服务人员很精心在收拾，卫生条件特别好。每一位员工都很热情与专业，并且他们的英语水平都很好。

Cons:

部分设施可能需要翻新了，例如房间的下水道(我猜测很多客人清洗沾满沙滩沙子的泳衣与沙滩鞋造成的)。网络WiFi真的很差，手机信号也不好，我用的德国O2电话卡，在酒店内信号基本只有一个格。游泳池关闭的时间有点太早了，19点之后就不让进去了，晚上的泳池真的很漂亮。我住在泳池附近，晚上持续到深夜的音乐确实有点吵，隔音很差。希腊的蚊子很厉害，希望酒店能配备驱蚊设施。

Pros:

- Le stand à pizza et à gyros étaient excellents (et heureusement vu le buffet catastrophique) + la dame qui faisait les gyros était adorable
- Personnel gentil, les animateurs faisaient leur possible avec le peu qu’ils avaient
- Proche de la rue commerçante et de la plage (plage privée attention)
- à 30min de l’aéroport (45€ si vous prenez le taxi)

Cons:

- Lit très inconfortable
- Le buffet sans saveur avec peu de choix, c’était varié mais rien d’exceptionnel
- Malgré que la femme de ménage venait tous les jours, la chambre n’était pas propre (j’ai fais une tache sur un drap le premier jour, le drap n’a jamais été changé de tout le séjour)
- Il n’y a pas de rideau de douche, résultat = de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain
- Nous étions infesté de fourmis, quand je l’ai dis à l’accueil ils sont venus mettre de la bombe anti insecte mais ça n’a presque rien changé nous étions toujours autant infesté, ils n’ont trouvés aucune solution pour nous (de plus, je suis venu signaler à un monsieur qui était à l’accueil la nuit, il regardait le match de foot et j’ai bien compris que je le dérangeais)
- Tous les transats sont collés il y a aucune intimité, des transats se trouvent sur l’herbe juste en face des terrasses des gens (ils ont donc aucune intimité s’ils sont sur leur terrasse) par manque de place autour de la piscine
- Ballons et bouées autorisé dans la piscine, mais la piscine n’est pas très grande donc quand plusieurs personnes ont des bouées c’est très dérangeant
- Malgré le wifi disponible, aucun réseau
- D’après booking, nous avons droit à une collation ou à un sandwich jusque minuit, je cherche encore où est ce que c’est disponible
- Nous avons deux bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre, nous avons été réclamés si c’était possible d’avoir des bouteilles… oui à condition de payer 50 centimes la bouteille de 50 cl. Nous avons donc été au magasin du coin où c’était 50 centimes la bouteille de 2l.

По приезду в этот отель, первое впечатление произвело хорошее отношение на рецепшине,мы с женой приехали немного раньше, нам не долго пришлось ждать и за это вам огромное спасибо, хочу поблагодарить девушек которые каждый день убирали наш номер 413, отдельно благодарны шеф поварам которые готовили очень вкусно "пальчики оближешь " спасибо персоналу по ресторану которые делают свою работу на высшем уровне, Марк, Кларк, Евгения, Ральф,Денис, вы супер класные. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить барменов, Рено,Деннис, Марк, Христос, Мисир, вы очень крутые ребята, нам с женой было очень приятно познакомиться с вами, спасибо вам за незабываемые эмоции, класную музыку и вкусные коктейли, от души огромнейшее спасибо вам всем кто участвовал в этом Отеле за наш комфорт,уют и многое другое.

Cons:

Не понравилось малость, всего лишь шоу программы которые проходили каждый день без исключения, каждый день одно и тоже, одна и таже музыка, конкурсы на низком уровне, всё для детей, для взрослых ничего крутого не было, я бы посоветовал сменить диджея, и музыку, так как за две недели слушать одно и тоже не очень хороее удовольствие, также можно добавить пенную вечеринку в бассейне или дымную дискотеку с лазерным шоу,а так в целом ничего.
