Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Sehr reichlich an der Auswahl, wirklich vielfältig an unterschiedlichenLebensmitteln, auf Unverträglichkeiten wird extrem Rücksicht genommen und qualitativ einfach sehr hochwertig. So liebevoll dekoriert! Alleine das Frühstück ist es Wert da zu übernachten. Vielen Dank, es war toll.

Schöne Zimmer mit guter Lage, Personal verbesserungsfähig
Pros:

Die Lage war praktisch für mich. Es ist nicht weit von der Autobahn, sodass man schnell weiter kommt. Es ist auch in einer ruhigen Lage und leicht zu finden. Das Zimmer war groß und auch sehr angenehm! Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und alles, was man braucht war da. Bett und Sofa angenehm und bei der kalten Jahreszeit war es auch schön warm!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist zwar in einer ruhigen Lage, aber die Zimmer dafür leider sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schlüssel und jeden Schritt, der draußen gemacht wird. Das Checkout ist erst um 10, aber trotz ausgehängtem „Bitte nicht stören“, hat die Reinigung bereits ab 8:30 Uhr mehrmals geklopft und wollte mit deren Schlüssel das Zimmer öffnen in 12 Minuten Abständen (vielleicht haben sie es auch früher versucht, aber da wurde ich das erste Mal aufgeweckt davon). Das war nicht so willkommenheißend, da ich sehr spät gekommen bin und auch ausschlafen wollte. Aber durch diese Aktion habe ich lieber früher ausgecheckt und bin lieber meine 1,5 Stunde Heim gefahren, um dort in Ruhe zu schlafen. Die Rezeptionsdame bei meiner Ankunft war nett und auch smalltalkfähig, aber beim checkout wurde ich erstmals auf Englisch angesprochen und trotz wiederholtem klaren Hochdeutsch-Antworten bekam ich immer englische Antworten, da dachte ich mir zuerst vielleicht kann die Rezeption am Morgen kein deutsch bis dann ein Steirer von hinten mit ihr geredet hat und sie über mich hinweg ja eh der Sprache fähig war…das war etwas eigenartig aber okay. Im Großen und Ganzen war es trotzdem in Ordnung, nur das mit dem klopfen ging meiner Meinung nach gar nicht. Wenn ich nach 10 noch da gewesen wäre, fände ich es durchaus legitim, aber so nicht.
