Úžasný hotel s užasným personálem, vynikající kuchyní a wellnes. Slovy nejde ani popsat. SUPER!!!
Pros:

Úžasný hotel a wellnes na krásném místě. Vstřícný, usměvavý a ochotný personál, vynikající kuchyně, velký a pohodlný pokoj. Nádherná terasa s vyhledem na hrad. Kdyby byla možnost udělit , dala bych naši spokojenost na 1000 %. Určitě se v budoucnu vrátíme. Moc děkujeme a vřele doporučuji!!!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit exzellenten Essen u Wellness
Pros:

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, modern und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war super nett, Konversation auf Englisch absolut kein Problem, hat bestens funktioniert. Der Wellnessbereich ist top. Das Hallenbad war eine Schau, perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Das Essen war sehr fein. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform. Sehr abwechslungsreich, frischen Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch, Nachspeisen und jeden Tag Fisch. Vegetarier hätten auch sehr leckere Dinge zum Essen gefunden. Für Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten gab es gute Angebote.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss mit Megaaussicht auf das Schloss und das Isergebirge, sehr gross und geräumig. . Zimmer sehr sauber. Bad mit schöner großer Dusche.

Architektonické ztvárnění a to především interiéru pokoje.

Cons:

Tak určitě bych doporučil lépe proškolený a především profesně odborný personál na restauraci....(to neznamená, že se nesnažil). Možná se podívat na kvalitu nabízených vín/sektů o proti prodejní ceně.....
Kuřáci jsou vyhnáni na handbu do garáže-velmi nedůstojné...., že se nenajde pro kuřáky ani kousek na obrovské terase u restaurace...

Wir würden wieder kommen und das Hotel auch weiter empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Essen war super. Es war für jeden was dabei und doch nicht zu viel am buffet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Wellnessbereuch war super.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir noch einen Spielplatz auf dem Hotel Gelände für die Kinder gewünscht.

Pros:

Líbilo se nám úplně vše! Skvělá poloha s výhledem na zámek. Výborné snídaně, večeře i jídlo v restauraci. Čisté zázemí wellness části, příjemné koupání v biotopu. Co se týče personálu: velmi ochotná a příjemná recepční, obsluha v restauraci, pokojské i pan správce, který se staral o biotop a wellness byli na profesionální úrovni. Rádi se vrátíme a budeme doporučovat dál.

A wonderfull wellness stay at a design hotel
Pros:

Spacious room with a large terrace, lovely interior details, good air condition. Comfy bed. Nice wellness area, outdoor natural pond plus indoor heated pool with various massage jets, counter-current, extra warm whirlpool. Steam bath and sauna. Very good dinner in buffet style, especially tasty fish. Outdoor tennis court, indoor squash and fitness room. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

There could have been a wider selection and a larger quantity of fruit at breakfast and a better choice from rolls and bread.

Ruim en schoon hotel met weinig activiteiten in de omgeving
Pros:

De kamer is ruim genoeg en er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden voor vermaak.

Cons:

Helaas waren er weinig opties voor vegetariërs bij het diner. Er was geen oplaadpaal voor elektrische auto’s aanwezig.
