Velmi stylove ubytovani s wellness.
Pros:

Vyborna kuchyne (snidane i vecere formou bufetu), mily personal, velky pokoj.

Cons:

Zvlastni material hotelovych rucniku, ktery nam uplne nevyhovoval. Spatna komunikace mezi hotelem a Bookingem!

Ein sehr freundlicher Empfang, allgemein sehr freundliches Personal.
Wir hatten den Zugang zum Wellnessbereich dabei. Pool ausreichend zum Schwimmen, großer Whirlpool, finnische Sauna und Dampfsauna mit Ruheraum. Fitnessraum hatte alles was man brauchte.
Eine grandiose Sicht ins Gebirge aus dem Panoramafenster heraus.
Leckeres Abendessen einmal als 4 Gänge Menü und einmal als Buffet. Frühstück war auch gut.
Es war ein rundum entspannter Kurzurlaub.

Pokój przestrzenny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony, dobrze wyciszony i z pięknym widokiem na zamek. Przy meldowaniu zostało nam wszystko wytłumaczone i nie było problemów z korzystaniem z udogodnień hotelu. Dobra lokalizacja hotelu do wypadów w okolicę. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, nie ma się czego przyczepić.

Cons:

Komunikacja przez wiadomości bookingu i w hotelu była w języku czeskim, przydałoby się, aby była prowadzona w języku angielskim. Woda w basenie w moim odczuciu jest za zimna, co zniechęca do korzystania. Płatne podstawowe napoje przy wieczornym posiłku, moim zdaniem, podobnie jak przy śniadaniu, napoje jak herbata czy kawa powinny być wliczone w cenę.
