Entäuschend, Preis/Leistung war nicht zutreffend
Pros:

Das Abendessen und Frühstück waren in Ordnung, auch die Nähe zur Veranstaltung war okay.

Cons:

Das Hauptproblem war, dass keine Klimanlage im Zimmer vorhanden war, es war stickig, gefühlte 30°C und unmöglich zu schlafen. Es hat auch niemand das Zimmer gelüftet oder nicht einmal gefragt wie wir uns gefühlt haben.

Mit Ausnahme der Bettdecken alles ok. Geräumiges Zimmer.
Pros:

Buffet - hebt einen nicht aus den Socken.

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren für die warme Jahreszeit viel zu dick. Wir haben geschwitzt.

Obwohl die Lage zwar exklusiv ist, ist es den Preis bei weitem nicht wert. Nie wieder.
Pros:

Wäre ein ideales Hotel, um Veranstaltungen des Festivals Grafenegg zu besuchen. Ambiente im Schlosspark traumhaft!

Cons:

Ein abgewohntes Hotel, Vorhang schmutzig und löchrig, Duschtasse fleckig, Türschloss hakt und klemmt usw. Personal besteht offenbar vorwiegend aus Aushilfen. Das Frühstück in Minimalqualität, Buffet schon um 08:30 verwüstet, dafür gab es Petits Fours in Hülle und Fülle offenbar vom Vortag. Musste erst nachfragen, ob ich Kaffee und eventuell Eier bekommen könnte, wurde dann mürrisch aufgenommen. Personal scheint insgesamt einem Schweigeorden zu entstammen. Kurz: die Qualität einem Sternekoch nicht würdig.

Lage, Essen,

Cons:

Zimmer war nicht sauber, unter der Couch lag viel Staub und Spinnweben, der offene Trolley rutschte darunter und da war alles Stabig

Wir genießen den Aufenthalt bereits zum wiederholen Mal und sind immer sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Wir haben am Hotel/Service/Essen nichts zu beanstanden!

Einzig und allein 2 Kettenraucher waren im Nachbarzimmer mit Balkon untergebracht, sodass wir die Fenster ständig geschlossen halten mussten.
Aber das war erstmals eben "Pech".
