Food, there should be variety of food in the breakfast
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'une station de métro, cela permet de se déplacer dans la ville facilement. L'hôtel est aussi bien situé, à 5-10 minutes à pied de nombreux points d'intérêts.
La chambre était grande, propre, pas de bruit, avec les équipements qu'il fallait. L'air conditionné dans la chambre fonctionnait super bien.
Le lit était très confortable.
Le personnel est disponible et répond à toutes les questions mais ne parle pas anglais, mais ils savent se débrouiller.
L'hôtel dispose de deux machines à laver pour nettoyer le linge, ainsi qu'une table à repasser.
Le petit déjeuner était le point faible : très simple, peu de choix. L'heure de rush est à 8h du matin. Malgré qu'il est disponible jusqu'à 12h, Si vous allez manger vers 9-10h, il n'y aura plus grand chose à manger. Il n'y a pas de renouvellement de la nourriture, si les autres clients ont tout mangés, il n'y aura pas grand chose à manger.

It's easy to access and very happening location.
Most important is the helpful and friendly front desk assistants who always patience and offering advices when needed.
Also we really appreciate the laundry facility available for guests to use during our stay.
It's suppose a non smoking property but we still notice the trace of second hand smoke at the corridor even ventilation in our rooms .
It took us 2 hours to find the hotel from the exit of the metro station, because the sign was hidden and the outside of the hotel barely looks like the photo on the website. We finally had to call the hotel to pick my family up from the metro station.
Poor signage to the hotel; my mother’s room smelt like a cigarette ashtray. Overpriced on booking.com
Location was great, room was clean, staff was very friendly. The lady at the night reception was so helpful, she helped us to order supper on her phone and even brought it up to the shared dining area for us.
Staffs are always making good service anytime we need.

Breakfast was a highlight!!! The location is close to the Cultural Park Metro and food streets. Espresso coffee available free and the staff were more than very helpful.
There’s a lot of local rebuilding ongoing nearby (DEC 2023) so some noise and dust.
The area were this hotel stands is great to explore. Esp when you have a short stay in Guangzhou.
Wifi was terribly slow or not working at all.
