我2025年5月21日傍晚(19:24:38)入住，刷信用卡付房費CNY2838.26與押金CNY2000.00；2025年5月23日上午10時退房，取得房費收據後，服務員告知押金會在當天下午4時退回我的信用卡帳戶。一直到今天(5月24日)現在下午3時33分都還沒有退回給我。麻煩您轉知雅致酒店。相信這也是有關您推薦亞緻酒店的信譽。
若5月26日星期一仍未退回押金，我必須要向主管官方投訴，以維護我的合法權益。

Pros:

Was a wonderful hotel with availability in food almost all day. Jeffrey is the executive chef of the hotel and helped us with everything we needed. We have an one year old baby and we need special food for her, so we did his best to make us happy.
