This is an awful level for a five-star hotel. According to international standards, staff in such hotels are expected to speak English, yet here none of the employees spoke it.

I was also very surprised by the room amenities: for the first time in my life, I saw instant coffee in sachets in a five-star hotel — this is completely unacceptable for this level. Housekeeping was poor, and the staff often forgot to replenish drinks and tea. Moreover, the room only had basic tea bags (such as Dilmah), which I usually encounter in 2–3 star hotels, not in a five-star one.

Overall, the impression was extremely negative. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money, and the management is very poor.

Отвратительное отношение персонала в лобби. Два раза обращался за помощью, в первый раз не помогли, во второй раз обратился с просьбой помочь приобрести билеты на поезд Гуанчжоу - Гонконг, мне сказали, что для туристов это недоступно, только для местного населения, и предложили услуги такси (которое они предоставят за плату), сказали только так можно туда добраться, в итоге я самостоятельно приобрел билеты. Получается персонал отеля пытался обмануть меня. Считаю это недопустимо для отеля, который позиционирует себя в подобном сегменте. Я много выбирал между отелями данной категории, остановился на этом из-за номера с панорамным видом из ванной, в результате на фото не показано, что вечером стена отеля портит этот вид своим освещением. За неделю постельное белье не поменяли на чистое

我2025年5月21日傍晚(19:24:38)入住，刷信用卡付房費CNY2838.26與押金CNY2000.00；2025年5月23日上午10時退房，取得房費收據後，服務員告知押金會在當天下午4時退回我的信用卡帳戶。一直到今天(5月24日)現在下午3時33分都還沒有退回給我。麻煩您轉知雅致酒店。相信這也是有關您推薦亞緻酒店的信譽。
若5月26日星期一仍未退回押金，我必須要向主管官方投訴，以維護我的合法權益。
