Cons:

The fifth floor “spa” is actually a brothel. I booked a massage and harassed by a number of sex workers. This place should be closed down. Do not go to this hotel.

overall, is a good experience.
Pros:

Breakfast is good. But it will be great if we could have a bit more choice. It is very happy that this time it provided the shuttle bus to CIFF.

Cons:

The staff handling the check-in process were quite careless, although their attitude was good. The staff seemed to be unaware that there is a shuttle bus service. In fact, when we asked at the front desk, we were informed that the service does exist, but the staff kept telling us there was no shuttle bus, which caused confusion.

Great hotel, best staff, but please improve your lifts!
Pros:

Great hotel, but staying on the 24th floor the lifts took very long, sometimes up to 15 minutes

Temizliği ve kahvaltısı iyiydi.

Cons:

Otel sigara içilmeyen bir otel olmasına rağmen odaya ilk girdiğimizde yoğun bir sigara dumanı ve kokusu vardı. Talebimiz üzerine odamız hemen değiştirildi. Fakat konaklamamızın son gününde aynı sorunu tekrar yaşadık. Yani odalarda sigara içildiğinde demek ki duman dedektörü devreye girmiyor ve sigara içilmesi hususunda bir yaptırım uygulanmıyor. Bu otelde en rahatsız olduğumuz konu oldu. Yangın açısından da riskli bir durum.
