Temizliği ve kahvaltısı iyiydi.

Cons:

Otel sigara içilmeyen bir otel olmasına rağmen odaya ilk girdiğimizde yoğun bir sigara dumanı ve kokusu vardı. Talebimiz üzerine odamız hemen değiştirildi. Fakat konaklamamızın son gününde aynı sorunu tekrar yaşadık. Yani odalarda sigara içildiğinde demek ki duman dedektörü devreye girmiyor ve sigara içilmesi hususunda bir yaptırım uygulanmıyor. Bu otelde en rahatsız olduğumuz konu oldu. Yangın açısından da riskli bir durum.

Pros:

An elegant, cosy room with excellent lighting options, a comfortable bed with extra pillow options, splendid bathroom with a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. Flawless, fast, and superhelpful wifi, with single-click connection! A surprisingly rich breakfast: five different food islands with various sorts of breakfast options. Will be happy to come back.

Pros:

Really easy check in. We were greeted with a water and a warm welcome. Everything is super clean and there is a nice gym. Also possible to do laundry. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The location is also great.

Clean and comfy room.

Cons:

I booked a room for 2 adults and one child and explicitly noted the age of a child. Even though I paid extra for breakfast, hotel claimed that we had paid breakfast for 2 people and later on claimed that breakfast is only for children up to 1.3m in height.


I was misled to believe that breakfast was included for all three of us.

Good stay with no issues
Pros:

Good location-very well maintained with high finishes-good breakfast- high tech room -with a good view of the canton tower-good plus was the laundry room on the 23rd floor has a washer and a dryer to wash your own clothes -will stay again for sure when I am back in china
