Skvělé bylo naprosto všechno, vstřícný a milý personál, jídlo které nemělo absolutně žádnou chybu. Neskutečný výběr jak u snídaně, tak u večeře. Vzhledem k tomu, že i večeře jsou formou bufetu, může si host vybrat přesně to, na co má právě chuť. Teplou nebo studenou kuchyni. Výborná káva ke snídani z kávovaru,vejce, šunka, sýry, párky, fazole, zelenina, ovoce a jako bonus skvělé lívanečky s teplým ovocným pyré nebo krupicová kaše...hotel přímo u sjezdovky,kde je i lyžařská školička, krásný výhled na Čertovu horu ,prostě ideální dovolená na horách. Bazén je k dispozici zdarma, voda 25st.,pohodový relax na lehátkách a my jsme měli štěstí i na sluníčko, které svítí dopoledne přímo do bazénu... Chtěla bych poděkovat všem z hotelu Šedý vlk za jejich přístup k hostům, bylo nám zde opravdu dobře. Rádi se někdy vrátíme.

Lage und Essen top, der Rest leider nicht
Pros:

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren gut. Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern verreist, die sich langsam ans Ski fahren rantasten. Der Übungshügel war direkt vor der Haustür. Das Personal war auch stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für die Kinder gab es jede Menge Spielsachen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und wurde seit Jahren nicht in Stand gesetzt. Alles war eher schmuddelig. Die Betten waren sehr hart. Der Pool war viel zu kalt. Das war mit unseren Kindern leider wirklich schade. Die Sauna kostet mit fast 30€ für 1,5 h einfach zu viel. Das haben wir nicht genutzt. Und für den Parkplatz wird am Ende auch noch Geld verlangt, was wir vorher nicht wussten und uns erst bei Abreise gesagt wurde. Insgesamt muss das Hotel dringend renoviert werden.

Skvělé ubytování se vším všudy! Výborné jídlo a milý personál.

Uplně všechno! Milý personál, skvělá lokalita a výborné jídlo. Pokoje dostatečně vybavené, postele pohodlné :) byla jsem zde již podruhé a určitě se sem ráda vrátím! Doporučuji.

Einmal und nie wieder!

Die Nähe zum Skigebiet

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist heruntergekommen. Wir hatten nur ein ganz kleines Fenster, in einem allgemein sehr kleinem Zimmer&Bad. Das Bad war ohne Lüftung. Die Handtücher waren kaputt und voller Löcher, die Bettwäsche war auch nicht soo sauber. Das Personal war allgemein nicht sehr freundlich und man hatte eher das Gefühl, dass man als Gast eine Last ist. Der Pool war Mega kalt und die Sauna muss man extra bezahlen und war generell ausgebucht. Der Essen war so lala.
