Oceňujeme možnost pobytu s pejskem. Hotel v centru,poblíž lanovky. Líbila se nám společenská místnost a moc příjemny personál.

Cons:

Ubytování jsme rezervovali přes Booking a pokoj,který nám byl přidělen absolutně neodpovídal fotkám. Měli jsme mít pokoj s velkým balkonem a dostali jsme pokoj v podkroví s malinkým balkonem. Paní recepční nám pokoj vyměnila za pokoj bez balkonu a bylo nám sděleno,že jsme si měli ubytování objednat přes jejich stránky. Tam ovšem fotky také neodpovídají. V hotelu je totiž každý pokoj jiny a je vyfocen pouze ten nejlepší. Snídaně a večeře nic moc, oproti jiným hotelum malý výběr. Voda v bazénu studená.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen war an einem Abend sehr gut, an einem anderen Abend jedoch eher durchschnittlich. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, in denen ich bereits übernachtet habe, recht einfach. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, jedoch könnten die Qualität und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sowie die gleichbleibende Qualität des Abendessens verbessert werden.

Cons:

Leider gab es auch einige negative Punkte während unseres Aufenthalts. In der ersten Nacht war der Lattenrost des Bettes kaputt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war ebenfalls defekt, wurde aber am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht, wofür wir uns bedanken.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war jedoch sehr schwach. Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass der Parkplatz nicht kostenlos war.
Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war, dass das Zimmer nicht automatisch gereinigt wurde und auch keine automatische Auffüllung der Ausstattung stattfand. Für die Zimmerreinigung oder das Nachfüllen mussten wir selbst Bescheid geben. In anderen Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren, wurde dies automatisch erledigt.
Insgesamt sehen wir hier noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

Studený bazén, skoda, takto je prakticky nepoužitelný....nemusi se uklizet, kdyz do nej nikdo nevleze ....

Pros:

Abendessen und Frühstück waren wirklich super und vielfältig.
Die Matratzen und Kopfkissen waren komfortabel.
Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Toller Blick auf die Berge.
Im Keller Dart, Tischtennis, Billard, Kicker, Pool und Sauna.

Cons:

Bis in den 4.Stock ohne Fahrstuhl für ältere Menschen ist echt schwierig.
Die Zimmer sind schon recht abgewohnt.
Zusätzliche Parkgebühren 6,50€/Tag.
Zusätzliche Hundeabgabe 500 CZK am Tag sind für einen Dackel zu viel.
Der Innenpool roch sehr stark nach Chemie.
