The location was very good and the lady in the restaurant was super welcoming and helpful. My daughter remembers her even months after our stay. Our meals were really good, a lot of options to choose from, there was always something to eat even for the toddler. There was also nice space downstairs with some books and board games to rest when it was raining. And the swimming pool was small but not crowded.
The cards from the doors are really old, they often required a lot of attempts, or we couldn't get to the ladies changing rooms before swimming pool. The water in the shower in the men's one was not flowing at all. Since the place is quite old, there were places in the halls where the nails would stick out or wooden frame coming off. It needs repairing.. also be ready to carry your luggage 3 stores upstairs.

Чисто, зручні ліжка. Вечеря та сніданок - шведська лінія. Нв вечерю напої можна замовити за додаткову плату, великий вибір. На сніданок смачна кава і навіть можна випити бокал проссеко.
Я на здоровому харчувані і знайшла для себе все необхідне.
Басейн невеличкий, теплий і входить в суму ночивлі. Сауна під замовлення, ми не були там.
З номера був чудовий краєвид на ⛰️гору.
Сподобалося, дуже задоволені своїм перебуванням в готелі!

Pěkná chata na dobře situovaném místě. Snídaně I večeře výborné, personál velmi milý a ochotný.
Pokoje ale zastaralé, postele velmi tvrdé a nepohodlné. Dveře a kliky v našem pokoji držely jen silou vůle. Sauna za příplatek.
Výborné večeře i snídaně, parkování u hotelu, veškerý personál příjemný, dobrá lokalita. Báli jsme se studeného bazénu, jak je zde několikrát zmíněno, ale za nás byla teplota dostačující! :)
Vybavení na pokojích je starší, určitě by byla vhodná kompletní rekonstrukce a potom by to bylo na 10 hvězdiček :)
Skvělé jídlo, krásná společenská hala.
Rozbité židle na balkóně, balkón bez možnosti zakrytí = příplatek za balkon, který ovšem kvůli počasí nebylo možné využít... bazén,který potřebuje akutně rekonstrukci, příliš měkké matrace.
Příjemný personál, pestrý výběr jídel při snídani a večeři.Ubytovani pohodlné a čisté..Celková spokojenost.
