Aamiainen oli todella hyvä ja erityisesti kroatialaisen (?) rouvan kattamana kauniisti esille laitettu.

Cons:

Hieman ihmettelin että emme saaneet welcome-cardia, jolla olisi saanut esim 20% alennuksen Nordketteen.

Super schönes Hotel mit ein zwei Problemen
Pros:

Es war ein sehr schönes Gebäude eine super tolle Lage das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was man brauchte. Das Personal war Mega lieb und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Ich glaube, es lag da dran das war früher eingecheckt haben als geplant. Im Badezimmer hinter der Tür waren noch ordentlich Haare nicht von uns in der Dusche auch vereinzelt die Betten sind dauernd auseinander gerutscht. Es waren nur zwei zusammen geschobene Einzelbetten beim Frühstücksbuffet waren auf einigen Teller noch ein getrocknete Essensreste.

Sehr zentrale Lage - Preis/Leistung passt gut
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist toll…alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Zimmer sehr nett eingerichtet, Frühstück auch sehr gut
Der Herr an der Rezeption und das Personal beim Frühstück und zur Zimmerreinigung waren sehr nett

Cons:

Es war sehr kalt im Zimmer - darauf angesprochen - wurde uns lediglich eine zusätzliche Decke angeboten
Die Parksituation ist, aber darüber wurden wir informiert, sehr mühsam und aufwändig

Cons:

room smelled bad, the staff lacked hospitality training (or care), they charged for things I've never seen before like extra pillows or credit card fee because the international card declined the purchase, there was no power outlet next to the bed, it was an overall bad experience.

Goede locatie, lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik vind het relatief duur. Het welkom had beter gekund, net als het vertrek. We namen een broodje die overbleef bij het ontbijt mee, omdat het anders weggegooid wordt. Daarvoor werd €10 van de creditcard gehaald als zijnde lunchbox. Kinderachtig, vooral bij dit soort prijzen voor het ontbijt.

À cause et surtout! De l’accueil je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds
Pros:

L’emplacement , petit déjeuner bien .bonne literie.propre.
Personnes de réception et restaurant du matin sympathiques ( contrairement à la direction…)
Zéro pour la deco des chambres.

Cons:

Consigne pour bagages payante (jamais vu ça dans aucun hotel au monde)
Consigne également payante pour les sacs à skis (à la limite pourquoi pas )mais trop petit pour recevoir un sac à ski . Système de règlement par application compliquée et long…ne fonctionne pas du premier coup.Tout ça pour recevoir un code barre. Le patron de l’hôtel pas sympa du tout avec les clients à mon arrivée.
Entre la consigne et la direction tout ça est désagréable quand tu arrives de voyage….le prix est disproportionné quand on compare par exemple à prix égal l’hôtel voisin Nalla qui lui était plus que parfait.
Pas de réseau wifi dans ma chambre.
Obligé d’aller dans le très beau couloir ( plus joli que la chambre…)ou la il y avait du réseau.

Zimmergröße sehr gut

Cons:

Check in vom Hotel und Booking um 14.00 Uhr bestätigt.....mussten aber trotzdem bis 15uhr warten. Selfcheckindaten waren beim Empfang nicht mehr sichtbar.....wieder Pässe zeigen und Formular ausfüllen.
