Nice hotel with good breakfast but noise in street kept us awake !

Perfect location near the station, easy access to the city centre. I got an upgrade, and the room was lovely, spacious, with great views from the rooftop terrace, and very comfortable. The mattrass was great and everything spotlessly clean. Good quality bedding, too.

Cons:

Very minor things - the bathroom was quite narrow, but leaving the door open fixed that. I would have loved the choice of a firmer pillow, the ones provided were fluffy and soft, but that's not my preference.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and lovely breakfast facilities and a great choice of food.
Pros:

The breakfast room was lovely. Good choice of food and all looked nice and fresh. The atmosphere was relaxed, tranquil and the tables were very nicely set out.
The staff very friendly and helpful. Thank yo!

Cons:

The cleaner trying to come in while we were still in the room at 8:30!! We had not put the hanger on the door but a knock if unsure would have been good. Glad I was by the door to prevent her entering as others were getting ready.

Pros:

Localização excelente, a poucos minutos da estação de trem e do centro histórico. Funcionários muito simpáticos! Hotel muito bonito, com instalações novas. Café da manhã maravilhoso, são as funcionárias que trazem café, cappuccino, chocolate quente… quarto espaçoso, sendo que um triplo que ficamos tinha até porta de correr pra separar a terceira cama e dar mais privacidade, muito bom! Gostamos muito! Recomendamos.

Cons:

Só não dei 10 porque pecam no banheiro, não acompanha o que é o restante do hotel. Precisa ser modernizado com boxes maiores e especialmente chuveiros melhores, era muito fraquinho. E o Wifi, eu estava no 4° andar e em alguns momentos não funcionou bem.

Booking veloitti pakollisen maksun pysäköinnistä 80€, vaikka tulimme junalla. Eivätkä vastaa viesteihin, eivätkä palauta maksua. Tämä ei ole mitenkään hotellin vika.

Tolles Hotel in top Lage, sehr sauber und ein tollem Frühstück.

Pros:

Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum von Innsbruck, einfach perfekt, weiterhin gibt es vor dem Hotel ein Stellplatz zum entladen das Gepäck, was bei vielen anderen Hotels in der Innenstadt nicht vorhanden ist
