Es ist eine sehr ordentliche Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Innsbruck.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Unser Zimmer war originell auf zwei Ebenen gestaltet- für uns war das kein Problem, könnte es aber bei älteren Personen oder Personen mit einer Gehbeeinträchtigung sein.
Wir durften unser Gepäck am Abreisetag noch bis zum Abend kostenlos im Hotel deponieren. Direkt gegenüber des Hotels stehen kostenlose öffentliche Motorrad Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Bad mit Toilette war nur durch eine Schiebetür vom Bett getrennt- also wenig Privatsphäre.
Eine Übernachtung dort ist verhältnismäßig teuer.

Ottima posizione e ottimi servizi.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, staff davvero gentile e preparato.
La stanza aveva una dimensione adeguata, la colazione molto buona e il parcheggio a 3 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Cons:

È andato tutto bene.

Pros:

Staff molto gentile, ottima posizione tra la stazione e il centro della città. Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto un po' caldo date le temperature eccezionali di questa estate ma c'era il ventilatore

Location, clean

Cons:

No air conditioning, so hot in the room during night (no windows in the sleeping room). We were family of 4. 3 adults and 1 children. Two beds was perfect, but the second double bed was a uncomfortable small sofa with only 1,5m wide.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast is fabulous .Hotel staff and management get full marks for customer service Close to the bus and train station . A short walk to the main pedestrian street and the old town . A short walk to the funicular and cable car which is a must see

Cons:

My first night I stayed in an older room
without AC ( during a heat wave ) but the hotel was kind enough to move to the newer garden section where all the rooms have been upgraded

Clean, nice staff, good location - but not value for money
Pros:

Great location and nice staff.

Cons:

Quite expensive and very ordinary breakfast. First day, only eggs - no bacon at all and only very little fruit.
Second day We found out there were bacon, but not very much. In general the breakfast was not worth the money.
The room did not have aircondition but fans, one of them was broken, så it could only go on full speed. Not outlet for the fan, so we had to take the power from the TV.

3-star hotel but should be a 4-star!
Pros:

Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. The location is perfect, close to both the train station and the city center; the staff all speak English and other languages apart from German (not usual in Austria for what we've seen); the buffet is rich and can accomodate also vegans and people who eat gluten free; everything is squeaky clean.
It's a 3-star hotel but it definitely should be a 4- star!
