Guests arriving after 08:00pm are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Excelente opción práctica para visitar Innsbruck, por ubicación y comodidades.
Pros:

La ubicación es genial para quien llega en tren, y te deja a pasos de todo. Es una buena opción para un descanso reparador. Camas cómodas incluso la adicional sofá cama. El armario es buenísimo y también baño y escritorio para uno. La atención muy buena, el desayuno está muy bien. Esta muy limpio.

Cons:

La habitación no es muy espaciosa.

Отель оставил исключительно приятное впечатление. Номера чистые, уютные и хорошо оборудованные, атмосфера располагает к отдыху. Видно, что здесь уделяют внимание деталям и заботятся о комфорте гостей.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — вежливые, отзывчивые и всегда готовые помочь. Любой вопрос решается быстро и с улыбкой, что создаёт ощущение настоящего гостеприимства.

Особенно запомнился персонал на завтраках. Утреннее обслуживание организовано на высоком уровне: сотрудники внимательные, доброжелательные, оперативно реагируют на просьбы и создают очень приятную атмосферу. Благодаря им каждый завтрак проходит спокойно и с удовольствием, задавая отличное настроение на весь день.

С уверенностью могу рекомендовать этот отель и с радостью вернусь сюда снова.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Obwohl im Zentrum, ist das Hotel einigermaßen ruhig.

Cons:

Das Bett war schon ziemlich durchgelegen. Die Pölster waren schon sehr schlabbrig und sollten dringend erneuert werden. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich.
