Pros:

Had an absolutely lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, very cozy, and well-maintained.
The food was delicious, but what really made it special was a wonderful surprise at breakfast: the team had laid out an unexpected gift of a small bottle of bubbly and party popper decorations for my birthday!. It was such a kind, personal touch that made my day.
The spa facilities were another highlight—perfect for relaxing and truly top-notch. Hotel is in a great location to catch both local and ski busses to slopes, neighbouring areas and Innsbruck city. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful retreat with easy access to Innsbruck.
Pros:

Charming pension on a direct bus line to downtown Innsbruck. I very much enjoyed my stay here, and Manuela was quite accommodating with my delayed arrival. Breakfast was excellent. The building is well maintained and kept clean. I will certainly return here if I'm back in Innsbruck.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind that I didn't like.

Camera grande arredata con il classico stile del Tirolo. Colazione e possibilità di accedere a piscina e sauna, direi un valore aggiunto. Collegata bene alla città.

Très bon accueil de la part de Manuella, disponible et arrangeante.
Petit déjeuner copieux, avec large choix salé/sucré.
Accès piscine et spa, pour les après-midis pluvieuses
Accès à des navettes gratuites pour aller à Innsbruck (très belle ville) à quelques mètres de l’hôtel.
Restaurants proposés par l’hôtel (excellents)
Parking disponible devant ou à quelques mètres de l’hôtel, simple d’accès.

Les matelas un peu fermes
Manque porte serviette à la salle de bain

Wir haben uns 3 Nächte optimal erholt und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Frühstück, die Zimmer und das ganze Haus sind sehr sauber und es riecht sehr angenehm. Sehr genossen haben wir die Sauna und das Dampfbad, das Personal ist ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett und freundlich.

It was the same everyday but it was tasty and you had multiple options.
Rooms very clean + they got cleaned every day!
Location was also good, close to multiple ski centers and also Innsbruck.

Posizione comodissima, linea 404 che passa sotto l’hotel ed in una ventina di minuti ti porta direttamente al centro di Innsbruck.
