Great location, just out of town, but a nice stroll into town
All ok
Really nice, traditional and quaint hotel, staff were top notch. Shout out to Nick who checked me in.
Nothing
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Good food
Room had everything we needed and was warm
10 minute walk from town centre which was very handy
The water from bathroom sink tap could be extremely hot so a sign to warn about that might be helpful
Breakfast was very plain, location was fine.
Climbing all the stairs, dirty washing holding doors open, overall place was in need of a upgrade, corridors dark and gloomy
Breakfast was very good.
Nil
The property is ok,the staff were lovely, the food was good .
Well the property does need a face lift inside & out,Wi-Fi is terrible, the breakfast set up is a bit of a raffle, but the breakfast was good.
Lovely hotel
One of the best places we have stayed in inverness.
The staff were all warm and welcoming.
Place had lovely restaurant with excellent home made food and a great pub attached to it. The whole place was child friendly which was great for us traveling with a little hurricane. The staff were all fab.
Also hotel in walking distance to the centre what is an added bonus.
Nothing . We would stay here again.
It was being refurbished in parts but the staff were fantastic.
minor repairs may be needed, but the room was very clean. You can walk to the bus station and the train station. There is a supermarket nearby.
We did not quite figure out what to eat on breakfast. We were in a hurry. There was nothing ready except coffee and toast. It seems that they cook it when guests come. No one explained this to us. So we didn’t have time to have a nice breakfast
Definitely not the hotel captured on booking.com or their website.
Poor facilities
Not clean
Beds not comfortable
No ventilation
Windows wouldn't open despite heatwave
Poor bathroom facilities
wifi kept going down
Bar staff were friendly as usual
We were woken just before 9am with workmen hammering and drilling in the room next door
