Friendly and helpful staff
Nice hotel, staff couldn't do more for you. Improvements are getting made around the hotel. Will definitely be back
The staff were very friendly and helpful The location suited our needs with its proximity to the town centre
The room ( no 15 ) was small and difficult to move around without stooping due to the coombed ceiling. The bathroom had no shelves or hooks so nowhere to put anything or hang anything when using it. We were unable to open windows as they were locked so it was very stuffy. The public areas are tired and shabby. The voiles on the dining areas-restaurant and breakfast room are very dirty not appealing when eating.
Staff were lovely. Room was ok!
The very loud pub under our room.
So dated. Was once a great bar and hotel now it’s a Rangers bar that’s been left to rot.
Very friendly staff and nice rooms
The shower was awful in room 3
We arrived later than intended and were greeted by Andrew who was very welcoming. Our room was spotless, great tea tray, good sized bath towels, and very nice toiletries and a comfortable bed.
Our breakfast was superb! Good quality cooked products, fruit, pastries, cereals, various varieties of teas /coffees.
Staff were very friendly, it was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely return
Shower didn't work in room. Bed was terrible to sleep in and the cooked breakfast was overcooked and swimming in greaseLeft feeling tired on the rest of my journey and had acid reflux most of the morning afterwards
Overall experience was a lovely stay very comfortable staff couldn’t do enough for us definitely will be returning on our next trip to Inverness
Liked everything
Had been before and enjoyed the visit.location friendly staff ,homely
The staff are all amazin and exceedingly pleasant and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price that we paid and the food was delicious. The reception, bar etc are all very comfortable, however, when you enter the hotel part it lets the whole thing down with the decor, could have just been in a transition phase? Everwhere is exceedingly clean and the bed is comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms do need a spruce up but you have everything that you need for a short stay.
We had a 'no hot water' incident but it was fixed immediately, the outside area needs a bit of tidying up, I can't think of anything else other than that mentioned above.
Great location, just out of town, but a nice stroll into town
All ok
Really nice, traditional and quaint hotel, staff were top notch. Shout out to Nick who checked me in.
