Great hotel, location and food.
Pros:

Great location near the port - shops and restaurants nearby. Pool area and bar was very good with lots of comfortable seating and beds. Breakfast and the food from the bar were excellent.

Cons:

We had a minor problem with cockroaches in our room but don’t let that put you off staying in this hotel.

Great family run hotel - charming and great service
Pros:

Very nice and charming family run hotel. Beautiful decor and colors. Amazing hosts - Sofia and Dimitri! We had a large room for four. Comfortable, clean and a small kitchenette. Short walk to the port beach and to the port with good restaurants. Especially the Ithaka restaurant was good. 15 min walk up to Chora and a bus stop 20 meters from hotel if you prefer then bus (€2,20). Great pool and pool area. Can highly recommend Yialos!

Cons:

Breakfast could maybe be a little better. More fresh eggs and choice of coffee without having to pay extra for a capuccino, but this was just a minor issue.

Mysigt och välskött hotell i hamnen på Ios. Vi bodde här för 10 år sedan och ville tillbaka. Gratis poolhandukar, bra och fräsch frukost. Trevligt att de har servering av enklare rätter under dagen vid poolområdet. Fint vid poolen. Vi bodde I enklaste rummen men det hade nog varit värt det att ta ett finare rum.

Cons:

Vi hade väldigt blåsiga dagar men det är inte hotellets fel.

Gorgeous stay in Ios
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful! Pool area was gorgeous. Rooms were very aesthetic and comfortable. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious

Cons:

When booking location says chora, but it is at the bottom of the hill- closer to the port. It ended up being a great location for us but if your looking to be in chora central then it’s about a 10min walk uphill

Beautiful!
Pros:

An absolutely stunning property! The rooms were spotless, the outdoor area was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The food & cocktails available at the bar were also brilliant! There is a bus stop nearby which can drop you to the nearest town for only 2€, which a lot of people seem to do! It is also right next to the port which is incredibly handy when getting off.

Cons:

The property was brilliant! The only thing to note is Ios was very quiet until about 1am. If you are coming for a mix of party and chill like we were, just know that Chora is a ghost town until 1am. Down near the port was slightly busier earlier but there are not a lot of bars/restaurants there. Overall it was still very fun for us but just to bear in mind as we were shocked by how quiet everything was around 9pm - 12am.

Nice location, close to the port and bus stop and beach. The pool is beautiful and the staff are friendly. It's a really nice, clean and well run hotel.

Cons:

The room was quite small! And there is nowhere to hang your wet gear after swimming. But these are small things. It's really a beautiful hotel
