Pros:

The staff was excellent 👌 they let us check in at 11am and checkout at 1pm. Room service was good breakfast can be improved. The beds were comfy rooms were clean. It was a good stay overall.Wouldnt mind staying again if the prices can be cut down a bit. Enjoyed the the stay loved the staff and the helpful people at the reception.

Cons:

The bathroom had a faint smell and the lobby and room corridor needs renovations.

Great staff and comfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was very supportive, well-trained, and polite. Their behaviour was excellent throughout the stay, and they were always ready to help. Overall, the experience was great.

Cons:

The AC cooling was not very strong, and the TV was not an Android TV. Other than that, everything was good.

Pros:

Highly recommended! We stayed here on our wedding night, and the experience was amazing. The staff was incredibly cooperative, the complimentary chocolates were a lovely touch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
