Amazing stay with spotless rooms, great breakfast, and outstanding staff — especially Farid and Faheem.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault this hotel at all. All of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, which really made the experience special. A huge thank you to Farid on reception, who genuinely looked after me and my brother throughout our stay — nothing was too much trouble and his care really stood out.

Breakfast was amazing with great quality and variety, and a special mention must go to Faheem, who served breakfast in the mornings and was extremely attentive to everyone’s needs.

The rooms were clean and spotless, and the shower in our room was amazing with very strong water pressure — definitely one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

Cons:

There were no negatives whatsoever. If I was being extremely picky, a few more coffee options at breakfast would be nice, but that’s really splitting hairs. Overall, an excellent stay and we would happily return.

Excellent breakfast and the staff serving breakfast. They were very caring, well-mannered, and considerate regarding each guest. While the hotel was located at a central area of the city, the neighbourhood was not at par with hotel's standard

Cons:

While initially, we had a few reservations regarding housekeeping, the management really took immediate action on our request to resolve the matter and tried to go over and above to compensate and accommodate us. Really appreciate their concern and efforts.
