I got star treatment from Farid and the staff - they made my stay there delightful.
Pros:

I had an issue with my room and staff were so efficient and helpful. I was given an alternative room and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay so I ended up staying longer! Will definitely return in the future! The rooms are very fancy, spacious and comparable to the top hotels in the city.

Extending our stay was a great decision, thanks to the hotel's amazing service and Farid's fantastic support!
Pros:

Just wanted to update my previous review - we ended up extending our stay and it was just as great as the first few days! 🏨 The staff were consistently amazing, and Farid's service was still top-notch. Highly recommend this hotel - we'll definitely be back!

Amazing stay with spotless rooms, great breakfast, and outstanding staff — especially Farid and Faheem.
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t fault this hotel at all. All of the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, which really made the experience special. A huge thank you to Farid on reception, who genuinely looked after me and my brother throughout our stay — nothing was too much trouble and his care really stood out.

Breakfast was amazing with great quality and variety, and a special mention must go to Faheem, who served breakfast in the mornings and was extremely attentive to everyone’s needs.

The rooms were clean and spotless, and the shower in our room was amazing with very strong water pressure — definitely one of the best we’ve had in a hotel.

Cons:

There were no negatives whatsoever. If I was being extremely picky, a few more coffee options at breakfast would be nice, but that’s really splitting hairs. Overall, an excellent stay and we would happily return.
