Nice hotel with all the major facilities. Staff was good and cooperative, especially Mr. Adnan.

Pros:

It was a nightmare to do booking with this hotel.
First wrong direction on website took me to no mans land kept driving in fields going round in circles.
Finally on gtetting o hotel been told its satnav, s fault
Hot water was just a formality.
One Towel in room for a couple
Essentials missing upon enquiry been told we don't have will find out once someone comes that hasn't happend eithwr

Pros:

I booked through Expedia. The rooms were moldy, beds were undone and dirty. No hot water.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. I wanted to leave the property on arrival but front desk manager Adnan was very patient and pleasant.

Pros:

Staff was good and friendly and facility OK, but the hotel was at wrong location , far away from city and facilities, could not find a Taxi easily

Cons:

The Manager charged me extra as I had already paid for the booking online , but the manager said , they need to charge extra for the room with AC , although the room layout was normal and the property needed to be cleaned properly. Which was not the case. Will not recommend to stay again in this property. The beds were good but the linen and blankets very old, could not use them .

Pros:

Conveniently located on the major road between Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Many restaurants nearby and shopping centers within 20 minutes drive. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. Large size rooms with reasonable price. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend the le Meridien
If you are passing through this area.

Cons:

No boundary wall in the front which allows people from other buildings to walk through.
I would recommend the hotel to periodically
Wash the curtains and little more attention to the bathrooms.

Filthy, poor, dirty and unhygienic hotel

The staff was polite and there was WiFi

Cons:

This hotel is one of the filthiest I have ever seen in my life. When entered the room the first thing I saw was that the sheets were not changed and probably had not been changed for ages as there were spots of spilled liquid everywhere.
The blanket had no cover at all and in very poor condition and was so smelly that I threw it away and slept without it.
The bathroom was in such a poor condition and so dirty that I can’t explain in words . They had never cleaned it since it was built . This is what I guess.
There was no hot water and if you wanted to take shower you had to ask the guys to bring it in buckets !
There was Wi-Fi , there were nearby restaurants and the guy on reception was polite and helpful but what could he do. The only thing he did was to change the sheets .
Basically, this hotel is made for truck drivers who won’t mind living there but if you are someone who cares about these things then stay away from it. I guarantee you that you will be disappointed.

Now I don’t know how they get these positive reviews, it might be fake as it’s possible to make fake bookings and then leave reviews. Whatever the case, I wish I had never slept in this hotel . I still feel the smell😖

Cons:

The room was in a flat with another room. I was charged more then the guy i was sharing glat with. There was no tv. Beed sheets had stains on it. They were charging more to use heater in room.i had to call for towels.
