Opravdu milý a vstřícný personál, skvělá snídaně
Pros:

Čistý hotel, velice příjemný personál, skvělá snídaně. V docházkové vzdálenosti do lázní, do centra, bez problémů.

Hätte besser sein können, wenn das oben genannte nicht gewesen wäre denn Zimmer/ Sauberkeit waren OK
Pros:

Frühstück 1. Tag gut bis sehr gut, 2. mit weniger Gästen mäßig und 3. Tag nur wir vier als Gast der schlechtest der drei Tage.
Der TV hatte vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag keine deutschen Sender zu bieten - und das im ganzen Hotel nicht und der herbeigerufen Techniker konnte den Fahler auch nicht beheben so ohne weiteres. Dazu kam, dass der Montag ein uns unbekannter christlicher Feiertag war. Dann arbeitet niemand und kaufen können sie auch nichts, weil alle Geschäfte geschlossen haben. Am 2. Tag (Sonntag) gab es im gesamten Umfeld keine Gaststätte, die am Abend geöffnet hatte und wir dadurch auch nichts zum Abendbrot. Wir haben uns dann eine Banane (von der Hinfahr übrig geblieben) zu viert geteilt. Die Rezeptionistin versucht noch bei zwei Gaststätte etwas telefonisch zu erreichen - nichts. Das alles hat aufs Gemüt geschlage so dass ein unbekümmertes Wochenende leider nicht möglich war. Das Hotel liegt auch leider in einer Gegend wo das sanieren von alten Gebäuden angesagt war - also inmitten von Baustellen und ein Gebäude (im Hang gebaut) drohte jeden Moment einstürzen zu wollen - auch das schlug aufs Gemüt zumal in den Bewertungen die Umgebung oft als toll eingestuft wurde.

Pros:

V podstatě není co vytknout, úžasná paní na recepci. Velmi komunikativní, ochotná poradit. Doporučila nám kavárny i restaurace, které jsme navštívili- opět k velké spokojenosti.

Cons:

Snad jen trochu méně praktické řešení sprchového koutu - bez ruční sprchy, jen horní hlavice.

Pros:

Lokace blízko spodní strany centra a přímo na výjezdu směrem k lanovce trailparku Klínovec. Rychlá wifi (ale byl jsem jediný host :D ). Nemají dedikovaný bike-room, ale kolo se dá odstavit ke stojanu u recepce. Obstojný poměr cena výkon. Pohodlná postel. Prostorný pokoj s předsíňkou a hezká koupelna. Parkování před budovou.

Cons:

Obecně dle mého Věra nesplňuje představu 4* hotelu - je to spíš velmi hezká 3*. Pokoj udržovaný, ale např. stěna v jednom rohu byla omlácená na omítku od křesla. Můj pokoj měl okna do boku budovy, takže tam byl klid ale kvůli poloze budovy v ostrém svahu a vegetaci byl zároveň poněkud temný. Žádné zásuvky u nočního stolku. Parkování je přímo před budovou, ale pokud máte delší auto (já měl kvůli nosiči na kola) tak většinu míst nemůžete použít, protože budete přečuhovat do vozovky-já naštěstí našel místo naproti hotelu, ale během busy season bych mohl mít problém předpokládám.
