A pleasant place to stay when there are no roadworks.
Pros:

Very pleasant and spacious room. Convenient location in theory.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were noisy roadworks (involving drilling and vibrations) nearby that disturbed me during the night. This was not the hotel's fault, but it is worth noting that anti-social roadworks could be an ongoing issue in Maidstone.

Great restaurant with bedrooms, but it was not a hotel, no WiFi, no Air Con & shabby
Pros:

Good location & staff were fine

Cons:

No Air con, rather tatty wooden building in need of reservation.
Windows would hardly open due to restrictions but were of wood in poor condition & probably wouldn’t close again.

Das Restaurant unten im Hotel, Essen gut. Freier Parkplatz am Haus, gute Lage.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung unseres sehr großen Zimmers war eher lieblos, auch fehlte ein Tisch, Nachttische sowieso. Und keine Haken im Bad.

Good value for money, highly recommend the steakhouse, very nice staff
Pros:

The room was a good size. It was very hot; we did have fans; however still very warm! The room was clean and the facilities were good; the room just needed a bit of a hug. That said, I would stay again. The staff were friendly and polite and we had a meal at the steakhouse, which was great.

Good location but facilities need some tlc
Pros:

The location was great for walking into Maidstone

Cons:

The bathroom needs some maintenance. The trim around the shower is coming away and very sharp. The shower was blocked and wouldn’t drain - I had to turn the shower off twice whilst washing my hair to drain the water away and not flood the bathroom. The team told me that they would sort it but were busy in the restaurant and with no maintenance team on site nothing was done to sort the issue
