Room was comfortable. Bar snack was excellent and prices reasonable. Staff were all friendly and polite.
Lack of mini fridge in the room was annoying.
Great staff and friendly atmosphere, shame the pool was cold due to recent repairs, great for New forest walks!
I liked the gardens very much. Easy to park. Room was good as very dog friendly.
Menu for evening meals was nt very good for casual dining as no salads.
Breakfast always good. Friendly helpful staff. Location beautiful. Rooms are clean and individual. Warm. Gardens are stunning. Love the outdoor pool.

Lovely Country Hotel & Spa in Lymington. Perfect base for exploring surrounding New Forest, Hampshire & Dorset Locations. .
Beautiful welcome and dogsitting policy for our four legged friend, Pablo (Estevez).
The Night Manager really should have had a colleague with her / two people on Reception overnight. Late check in a bit shambolic. Also, safety cocerns for lone working overnight with very wet weather and local flooding.
Friendly and nice food. Rooms are old fashioned but have charm.
It is very inaccessible without a car.
Lovely surroundings and a lovely homely feel to it, staff were excellent and very welcoming

It was a lovely cosy hideaway in the New Forest with excellent friendly staff
Good quiet location, staff friendly, offered to carry bags to our room, gave us details of taxi firm, chatty
A couple if times we were waiting at the var for a while before anyone came to serve us despite using the call bell as requested.
Also shower head dripped all night and we had to put towels in the bath to stop the noise! Room 151.
Comfortable, stylish and had a lovely old fashioned feel
In the bar the beer was bad - end of barrel and bar barman said he wouldn’t change it until completely empty - hotel rules. However, he was very well mannered and friendly.
Most of my stay.
I had no heating for the first night/morning. It was very cold.
My favourite place to stay in the New Forest. Have being going for years and it has never lost an ounce of its charm. An absolute tonic.
