Los aspectos negativos fueron demasiado importantes para mí. Encontré cucarachas y otros bichos en la habitación, incluso en las camas y en el piso, y las sábanas no estaban limpias. Para mí, esto es un problema serio de higiene y mantenimiento.
También tuve muchas dificultades para dormir debido al ruido de la calle, especialmente por el transporte público y las motos. La segunda noche, además, se escuchaba claramente desde mi habitación a una pareja teniendo relaciones sexuales. Lo informé en recepción y me ofrecieron cambiarme de habitación, pero eran aproximadamente las 10 de la noche y yo ya estaba dormida, por lo que tener que recoger mis cosas y cambiar de habitación fue bastante incómodo y me generó molestias.

El inodoro no tenia tapa para sentarse. El olor de la habitacion tenia una fragancia muy fuerte. No hay ventanas,me toco en un sotano. La puerta de ingreso tiene rejas arriba por donde entra todo elnruido del pasillo y de las otras habitaciones. Me sentia en un hotel de mala muerte. No regresare ahi.

No hay opción de cambio en el desayuno siempre es el mismo

2. Routine breakfast daily for 8 Days. No changes but other visitors get different types of meals as you take same routine food.
3. Broken faucets in the bathroom
4. Cold water. I had to keep going downstairs to prompt them to turn on hot water -like why would they turn it off anyway???
5. No shower head- water had to drum on my body.
6. Poorly built shower equipment with water leaking through the shower glass. They use a towel to catch water leaks and splashes.
7. Not suitable for a visitor who doesn't speak Spnish. They make you feel different.
8. There are undisclosed administrative or service fees.
9. The intercommunication Phone in the room doesn't even work.
10. Not well ventilated and you can't regulate room temperature. No A/C
11. By the time you leave, you're charged for snacks used in the room, more than often restocked without being given a choice of what you'd prefer.
12. Sometimes when there are many visitors, you still have one waitress doing it all, causing delays and sometimes cold meals due to wait times

No hay servicio de Internet y la televisión no se ven las canales en absoluto esto es muy importante .

The wifi is super bad, especially if you are in the basement. The place is super loud, our room had a a window that opens to the stairway so everytime someone came down the lights would open lit up the room. It takes super long for the hot water in the shower to come. Also when we came there were hairs in the bed and old cups of coffee in the room. The staff doesn’t speak english at all (not so bad but worth mentionning)

A veces se escucha el ruido de las otras habitaciones

Las almohadas podrian mejorar y lo q no nos gusto fue la ducha .el dispensador de jabon .le falta estabilidad..y la puerta de la ducha aunq se cierre se sale el agua para fuera bastante .

La cortesía de la señorita de recepción un poco simple.

El aseo del baño, cuando llegamos encontramos pelos en los desagües.

Las puertas tienen poca seguridad y poca sonoridad; todo lo que sucede en los pasillos, en otras habitaciones, hasta el ruido de la calle, se escucha.
