Prima hotel op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

Goed ontbijt en geweldige locatie vlakbij het centrum en toch rustig gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de bergen.

Cons:

Het diner was prima, maar niet het Oostenrijkse eten wat we gewend zijn.

Mayrhofen TOP, Hotel flopp.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr ruhig und sonnig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Die Betten sind hervorragend. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Garten ist zauberhaft. Der Balkon ist meistens an der Sonne.

Cons:

Der Hotelier ist extrem unfreundlich. Auf die Bedürfnisse des Gastes wird nur mit viel Druck eingegangen. Wenn man kein 08/15 Mensch ist hat man es sehr schwer. (besonders bei Allergien) Das Essen ist billig und eintönig gestaltet. Der Hotelier ist nicht bereit mehrere Alternativen anzubieten. Eine zielführende Aussprache nicht möglich. Wir wollten nach zwei Tagen vorzeitig abreisen nach unseren Differenzen, dies war nur möglich, wenn wir den vollen Preis bezahlen würden.
(6 Übernachtungen) Der Aufenthalt trübte unsere Erfahrungen mit der österreichischen Gastfreundschaft massiv. Dies ist eine Schädigung für Mayrhofen und den Tourismus. So können wir das Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Die Verpflegung war gut. Die Lage des Hotels war ideal zum Erholen. Die Gegend einfach fantastisch.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Ein Herzliches Willkommen und die Frage, ob wir eine gute Anreise hatten, wurde nicht gestellt.😔

Preis/Leistung stimmt. Doppelzimmer mit Balkon Super.
Pros:

Der Service, das Abendbrot, der Grillabend, Sauna, Schwimmbad.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ok. Mir persönlich fehlte Margarine, Gemüse, Quark, Buttermilch oder Kefir. Auswahl zum Spiegelei gab es nicht.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

Excellent hotel ideally located a short walk from the train station, the town centre & cable cars. On check in we were given a discount voucher to use on the cable cars during our stay. We had breakfast & evening meal included. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options & we were then able to choose our evening meal option for that night. The 4 courses were superb every night & were traditional Austrian food. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

It would have been a bonus to have a kettle & tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und sehr lecker gespeist. Wir kommen gerne wieder..
