Do not recommend at all! Not enough staff, bad customer service, awkward room set up, and loud!

Nothing! Mal servicio al cliente. Como que les estuviéramos pidiendo un favor siempre. ¡No lo recomendamos!

Do not recommend at all!
1. Staff were busy talking about a party and we had to interrupt them several times to get answers to our questions when checking in. Another family was also being checked in at same time which led to total confusion. Not focused on customer service at all!
2. We asked for a different room bc the bathtub/shower was very high and difficult to climb in and out. There were no handrails at all!
3. The room didn’t have a TV remote and we called reception to get one. We were told to look for it ourselves in a condescending tone. After we stated we had looked for it, we were told “ so what do you want me to do.” We finally got one, TV didn’t work!
4. When we returned at night, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to have hotel door unlocked and we’re yelled at from a higher floor told to wait with no explanation.

Minimal amenities and not the most lavish facilities, but an excellent value!
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. As someone from the US the value was excellent and I had no qualms going to spend a night in Medellín even though I had already paid for the 5 nights here.

Cons:

Room 405. The back of my toilet would frequently not fill and would constantly run. After the first night I realized I had to manually push down the stopper. Hot water was sometimes weak and there was no actual showerhead so it was like taking a shower from a hose.

Pros:

The location, the beds were comfortable, big bathroom.

Cons:

Right infront of us was a grill so all the smoke comes in the room, there is no elevator and we were at 4th floor. The rooms ceilings are open so you hear all that goes on at night. They rent rooms per hour so it is also used as a motel. Would not recommemd it for family with children.
