Las almohadas, no hay ascensor y la habitación quedó cerca al comedero

Podrían mejorar el desayuno y también colocar shampoo en el baño.
La rapidez en la atencion y la amabilidad del personal
Se que no es tema del hotel pero en la calle se evidencio la presencia de ratas lo cual es un riesgo biologico y de salubridad bastante considerable para revisar con secretaria de salud del sector.
Del baño salió un olor a cañeria.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que ofrecen, una habitación en el quinto piso y sin ascensor
La ubicación es estratégica al frente del metro.
Habitaciones limpias y amplias.

La zona del desayuno, cómo sugerencia deberían ampliar o definir esa zona de solo comedor y así evitar que esperar o hacer fila.
La atención del personal fue muy buena, cuentan con parqueadero cubierto, la habitación es agradable, el servicio en el desayuno fue bastante rápido
El aire acondicionado hacia ruido
La habitación era muy cómoda.
La amabilidad de las empleadas
1). El lugar para desayunar queda en el pasillo donde hay más habitaciones, puede generar incomodidad a los huéspedes de las mismas, por lo que deberían habilitar este espacio en la terraza
2). Hay que hacer fila para entrar a desayunar por el poco espacio
3). Solo hay una persona sirviendo a la mesa y tiene que subir y bajar escaleras, puede generar un incidente laboral
4). No hay shampo en el baño
la ubicación es excelente y el personal es muy amable.
