El aire acondicionado de la habitación goteaba y mojó bastante el piso, un poco de ruido pero fue más por los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas, cuando quisimos relajarnos viendo TV, los canales ninguno estaba en funcionamiento

The accommodation was requested and accept By the hotel in advance to be easy to access for a low-mobility person; upon arrival I was informed that they don’t have availability, and no other option was given that a room on the fifth floor without elevator on the building.
