The music which you could hear until late night was maybe a bit annoying.

I wish I had my own key to the main door to make it easier to come and go as I please. I also thought there would be a washer in my room as I paid for but they told us the washer was an additional cost.

They turn the 3 bedroom apart to the hotel! Which is with a shared kitchen. Very basic. Also, every time you come back, you need to ring the bell so someone comes to open the door for you, which twice I waited for a long time!

There needs to be better soundproofing for the room and I did not like the fact there was a vent grate on top of the window since it made the room cold on cold nights and it allows for a lot of outside noise to come into the room.

The room had a window to the street and in the morning we listened some loud cars, but nothing critical

Entering was complicated, rooms were noisy, breakfast (not included) was nice but expensive. Location is ok for someone who wants to stay near the laureles mall, but it is too far from the turistic sites of Medellin.

No key allowed to enter building you have to knock on neighbors door to get in hotel. Booking fee was 97400pesos..asked for larger room they said 122000 I agreed 10 mins later the price is 222000 no thank you.Went to pay and owner wanted 110000pesos.. I showed her my reservation for 97400 it's quite but watch the price and has common kitchen I stayed there Nov 13 2023 l was only guest. If they gave me the larger room for 122000. I would not be leaving this review.

Communication with the property is via WhatsApp with the owner of the place doña Angela.
There is no reception in case you need any help or information, you have to refer to the maintenance lady that is also the person in charge of opening the main door as they do not provide keys for main door.
The ring switch was not working, so basically you must knock door until they come and open, it’s an issue during night when returning as the lady in charge is sleeping in the back office so you must literally knock until you wake her up.
The main problem is that the hot water for shower was not available 2 days out of 3 that we stayed in one of the rooms the other room never had hot water (we booked 2 separate rooms). Even if you complain or claim it to the owner she doesn’t do anything about it.
Since we haven’t seen the owner or anyone entitle to charge us for our stay we couldn’t pay until the very last night when the owner contacted us via WhatsApp pushing us to return back to the hotel to pay, but we didn’t have the chance to do it before, we had to leave our restaurant and take a taxi running as the owner was in a rush, when we got to the hotel the owner sent a waitress to charge us, we wanted to talk to her but apparently she was busy and couldn’t attend, afterward we saw her seated and the backyard in a party.

Inexistant insulation of the window so street noises can be heard but the street is quite quiet at night so it stays ok.

For price it was great, nitpicking, or constructive criticism here, If the desk had been built into/installed on the wall where the storage shelves were and a tad better chair, it would have occupied some unused space and allowed more room around the bed and the window along the wall to be completely open.

I’d prefer more place to hang clothes (just a tip), they had hangers. we used them at the wood next to the beds.
and unfortunately there was no water, but that was in whole Medellin. so they couldn’t do anything about it (not their fault). luckily the last day we had (warm)water!

Day staff was rude, check in was difficult, had to ring a bell and wait several minutes to get in

I really disliked how they did not give you a key for the main door and you had to ring the bell every time you enter. I had to wait several minutes sometimes for somebody to come unlock the door.
